Highly recommend for family stay

Pros: We stayed for 5 nights and all loved the apartment! It ticked all the boxes that we needed as a family of four. The location is unbeatable. There are so many attractions within a walking distance, and we definitely felt safe. Facilities was helpful, having a washing machine with detergent, dish washer, utensils etc. For us, originally coming from Japan, having Asian food options in the neighborhood was plus, and of course so many Spanish food options for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner! You would be surprised how quiet it is, considering that the apartment is located in the middle of city (you may hear metro from the distance but it was not disturbing at all for us). The ceiling art was just gorgeous, with 100 years of history! Last but not least, José was very helpful, friendly and nice person! :)

Cons: It is not a problem of the host or the apartment itself, but we struggled with mosquitos every night during our stay in December. Barcelona is warm, but we didn't expect this! We never left the windows open, so I really wonder where they came from . So just be prepared! ;)

Best location with best terrace!

Pros: We loved the terrace, the high ceilings and the comfortable beds. The apartment location is 10/10 and Jose our host was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activity’s and the check in was a very smooth process. The whole building was very peaceful and we had a super time. Thank you so much Jose!

Cons: Nothing it was perfect

Great apartment, balcony and location, but attention to detail

Pros: Incredible location, directly opposite a huge supermarket hidden away in one of the buildings. Within walking distance of main attractions.

Cons: The apartment was looking a bit tired, the kitchen bin was broken and hanging off the cupboard door, glass in the framed pictures were cracked, clock not working, finishing in the bathroom was not great. Chocolate cake from previous renters was stuck to the wall. They're small things, but just attention to detail was missing which you'd expect for the price. Overall it was wonderful to stay in such an authentic apartment block.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the centre of Barcelona very quiet the host was very helpful and gave us good information on local area. Would highly recommend it for a stay in Barcelona.

Great apartment, host and location.

Pros: We were met at the property and taken through all the apartment and its facilities on arrival.

Pros: 1. These apartments are in the very center of Barcelona. Many attractions are within walking distance. 2. A comfortable apartment with absolutely everything necessary for a tourist stay. I would like to point out the peace and quiet of this apartment separately - you can't hear the sounds of the street or neighbors. 3. Friendly hosts, easy communication, prompt responses to guests' questions. 4. Barcelona is a beautiful city.

Great apartement with amazing location

Pros: Host Luis was very nice and helpfull. Gave a good tips for sightseeing activities. Apartement was nice, clean and spacious even for 5 people. Teracce was great. Very nice ceiling. Very good value for money. Wr already recomended this place for our friends. It has great locations, close by ti shops, vity centre. Over the weekend can be bit noisy but we managed with 2 small kids. And hey you are in city centre.
