Great location with private terrace

Amazing location and comfort in the city

Pros: No noise from the street, very comfortable and close to everything.

Pros: The location is awesome. The appartment has probably more then 100 years (renovated), big doors, high rooms, rear terrace...The elevator is ancient... climatic... It is quiet, you can,t hear he street noise. The owner is polite and helpful. Could give you adresses of good and not expensive restaurants. There is kitchen, washing machine. Very close - on the other side of the street - is big market fir cheaper shopping. There is close to metro station.

Cons: The appartment build in XIX or at begining of XX century is dark (due to windows emplacement) but there are enough lamps inside. This is such style. But during sunny day tou will be looking for shade in Barcelona.

Really worth booking

Pros: It was clean and the interior to a good standard. The terrace is the gem of this place. Having breakfast and chilling there at nights really enhanced our stay. The staff who looks after the flat is super friendly, responds very fast and was simply a delight to speak too! The flat is located in the centre of Barcelona, you can walk to the beach and get lost in the small alleys of this beautiful city.

Cons: We could not say abything bad about this flat.

Definitely recommended, as for us the positive points outweigh the negative points :)

Pros: The location of the apartment was excellent. Everything was close by and central. If you are visiting Barcelona for the first time, this apartment is definitely recommended. The host was VERY welcoming and very likeable. He also recommended a lot of tips, locations and restaurants, which was not necessary (we really appreciated it). There were only two of us and the apartment was quite large for that. The ceilings are very high, which made the apartment seem even bigger, which we really liked. Also, one of the coolest highlights of the apartment is the large balcony.

Cons: As we traveled in winter, it was of course a bit colder outside and we noticed that this apartment was also cold. We had a small radiator in the bedroom - but it didn't help much... However, there were enough blankets to snuggle up with :). Another point is the noise from outside that we can hear in the apartment. Be it the neighbors or the construction site from the street... The walls are not so soundproof.

Amazing apartment, better stay then expected

Pros: Amazing apartment in the middle of the center of Barcelona. Although it's in the center, it's very quiet in the apartment. The host, José is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back to the apartment next time I visit Barcelona.

Pros: I recommend! Very good location with transport connections everywhere, decent furniture. Next time I come to Barcelona, I will stay there again.

Cons: Note - Wifi on the terrace has a weak signal. The router can be placed in the middle of the house. Note - the bedroom has no window.

Pros: A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Hamarabb érkeztünk, várt minket, mindent megmutatott, a fordító program segítségével nem volt gond a kommunikáció. Kényelmes tiszta szobák, nagy terasz, csodálatos környék. Minden elérhető kényelmesen, bolt, éttermek, metró. Csak ajánlani tudom.

Pros: Très bien équipé, propre, emplacement idéal pour découvrir Barcelone, terrasse avec vis à vis mais agréable ! Accueil parfait avec beaucoup de conseils

Cons: Immeuble d’époque et de charme, mais l’insonorisation avec les autres appartements et la cage d’escalier est insuffisante ! Immeuble déconseillé aux fêtards…
