Aspasios Paseo de Gracia Apartments

Overall, excellent

Pros: Good, spacious apartment. Lovely location and very easy to get in.

Cons: No vacuum cleaner. If you expect to keep it clean then its difficult

Perfect Location, Spacious, Good for Value

Pros: Location is perfect. close to center attractions, bus stop and metro stations are very close. Apartment is big enough for 1 or 2 person, good kitchen, big bathroom, good living room. To access apartment is very easy. Definitely a perfect place to stay in Barcelona.

Cons: Nothing I can say

Excellent choice for central Barcelona

Pros: Super apartment, very good location, good building with elevator, very organized and digitalized info on checkin and check out, but also someone available 24/7 for any reason. Very comfy and with all needed amenities (even washing machine and dishwasher), storage spaces. It's good for famity with 2 kids, as pull-out sofa is on the smaller side. Liked that we also found a big bottle of water in the apartment at checkin.

Cons: Bathroom draining in sink and toilet was a bit slow. They forgot to leave a box with amenities for the kitchen, but came very swiftly when asked about it.

Amazing place to stay when you're exploring Barcelona!

Pros: We had an amazing stay here, everything is exactly like the descriptions and yet we're still surprised how everything went so smoothly. The check-in instructions are clear and easy to follow without any errors. The place itself is clean, comfortable and suffice for a family of 3 to 4. The biggest satisfaction for us was the location, it's close to the city center and yet it's a peaceful and quiet area to rest and restore. Definitely worth its value!

Pros: Clean apartment in absolutely perfect location. We reached every spots we wanted to visit by walking. Plenty of restaurants near.

Cons: Sofa bed was tragic to sleep. Apartment for 2 persons would be great, but for 4 adults, when 2 of them should sleep on sofa bed is not good choice. It’s not first sofa bed where we had to sleep on booking apartment, but this one was the very very uncomfortable. Maybe for small kids it would be ok, but not adults.

Pros: The apartment is very nice, the interior is beautiful and cozy, there is a balcony, it is pleasant to spend time there in good weather, the location is excellent, the staff is very pleasant, although we only communicated online, but they were very responsive and polite, they allowed us to check in early, there were some difficulties with online registration, but we asked the staff for help and they quickly helped us resolve everything, overall we really liked everything, we will definitely come back again.

Pros: Spacious, very clean, amazing location and comfy bed.

Gorgeous apartment.

Pros: Amazing, clean and spacious apartment. Great central location.

Pros: Spacious clean apartment with large kitchen. Coffee pods and a bottle of water were provided.

Cons: The sofa bed was not very comfortable and creaked every time you moved. We also had an issue with a window with a broken handle/lock which couldn’t be closed although maintenance did come past 1st thing the next morning to fix this.

As above

Pros: Superb location, easy & secure access to the apartment. Apartment was lovely with very comfortable beds. Small kitchen & living area but still with everything we needed.
