Pros: Our stay in this beautiful 4th-floor apartment was simply amazing! The location couldn’t be better — right next to the Mercato and on a lively, charming street full of local energy. Despite being in such a vibrant area, the apartment itself felt peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we loved preparing our breakfast there every morning before heading out. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. A special mention to our host incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful! They guided me and my daughter all the way to the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated that!
Cons: Literally nothing, is that comfortable.

Pros: The apartment has a perfect location in the vibrant area and is in the City Centre. You can easily walk to the main sightseeing spots and enjoy the city and the beautiful architecture. The apartment is big and super clean and the service and our hosts were amazing. I felt welcome from the first moment on. We tried a couple of their restaurant recommendations and they were all great! Love our trip and the apartment! Muchas gracias for everything Aina and Jordi!

Pros: Super Modern, self checkin was super smooth and handy since we arrived late. Location unbeatable.
Cons: One of the bedroom walls doesn't reach to the ceiling, therefor you can hear everything happening in the living room.

Comfy stay in central Barcelona
Pros: The location is very central. Very accessible to the waterfront, local shops, market and restaurants. There is a great little street side cafe just out the main door to the apartment block. They provide great coffee and snacks. The host was very helpful and provided great communication.
Cons: The stairs to access the apartment were a little challenging given I am 70 and wife 69 and we had a fair bit of luggage. Otherwise we were happy.

Pros: We really liked the location of the apartment. In the heart of Barcelona within a walking distance from the most intriguing places in the city. It was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed, as per the description. The self check-in process was smooth thanks to the wonderful guidance of Aina from the Welcomy team.

Pros: Lokalita je výborná, trošku mimo hlavných trás v Barcelone, čiže relatívny kľud a pokoj. Veľmi milí ľudi v obchodoch, reštauráciach a kaviarňach. V byte by mohli byť ešte papierové kuchyňské rolky, prípadne handra na utieranie, keď sa niečo rozleje. Celkove sme s ubytovaním boli spokojní
Cons: Schody, tým že mi minulý rok operovali koleno (výmena), je pre mňa chodenie po schodoch namáhavé. Hlavne keď nachodíme denne 15km peši. Chápem, že v starších domoch nie je priestor pre výťah (to isté v Malage, Bilbao, Sevilla Svetlo z kúpelne svieti aj do jednej zo spální. Sedačka červená - zošmykuje sa nesedí pevne na mieste ako by mala

Toller Aufenthalt !
Pros: Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Cons: Leider stinkt es aus der dem Ablauf der Dusche ganz fürchterlich nach Kanal. Zudem bleibt die Schiebetür zum Bad nicht zu. Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig und es war nachts sehr laut. Gut wäre, wenn noch ein Spüllappen, ein weiteres Handtuch, etwas Küchenpapier sowie ein weiteres Küchenhandtuch vorhanden gewesen wäre.

Pros: Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji. Wygodne łóżka. Dobre wyposażenie. Miły klimat.
Cons: Mieszkanie jest na wysokim 2 piętrze z wąska klatka schodowa. Dla osób starszych duze utrudnienie. Wadą jest łazienka wygospodarowana z mieszkania, nie zapewnia prywatności mając przesuwane drzwi i szklany sufit. Jedna z sypialnia jest bez okna.
