Pros: Locația este excelenta. Centru comercial vis-a-vis de apartament. Cartier liniștit, in ciuda faptului ca in fata blocului se fac lucrari. Rosa si Fernando niste gazde de exceptie. Apartamentul este foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun.

Ça peut devenir top avec plus d’investissement

Pros: On a beaucoup aimé l’emplacement dans le quartier résidentiel à côté du parc, centre commercial, restaurants et transports. Les hôtes sont très gentils et prêts à aider.

Cons: Les appartements ont besoin de rénovation, la cuisine pas assez équipée , les lits ne sont pas confortables et grincent à chaque mouvement. Les voisins sont très bruyants. Pendant notre séjour il avait des travaux routiers juste devant nos fenêtres - horrible, mais rien avoir avec les appartements. La propriété laisse à désirer…

Wonderful piso, amazing hosts, great location, we would stay here again and recommend to others 100%

Pros: The location was great, easy to get to public transportation, great little plaza nearby with shops to buy coffee, food, pastries, etc. The hosts of the pisos were amazing and very available for anything we needed.

Cons: Beds could have been more comfortable, the showers fixed so they didn't leak out onto floor and extra towels for bathroom and kitchen. My bed squeaked every time I moved.
