Calm Terrace Barcelona

Pros: The host was kind, communicated in a timely manner, told what would be available in the accommodation, etc. Everything was clean, well-equipped kitchen, large terrace.

Pros: The hosts were very nice and left some small gifts for us which made us feel welcome. The house is quite big and comfortable. Overall simple but with all the needed amenities. Appliances are all functioning properly and the kitchen is very well equipped.

The stay was very pleasant, also thanks to the comfortable accommodation in Calm Terrace Barcelona.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and was perfect for our needs (family of 4 people). The host was very helpful and available for our requests and she took care of many details making our stay very comfortable. There are several car parkings nearby making it convenient to reach Barcelona even by car

Cons: There are very few things I didn't like. Maybe it's a little far from the center, but there is a convenient subway station nearby (7-8 min by feet) that works very well.

Pros: Totul e curat, daca vreti sa mancati acasa - aveti toate ustensilele. Noi nu am mancat acasa, asa ca pentru noi asta nu a fost un plus

Cons: Incaperile sunt mai mici decat arata pe poze, dimineata era galagie de la vecini. Se aude absolut totul, nu este nici o izolare fonica. Ai impresia ca merge cineva pe langa patul tau. La terasa nu vroiam sa iesim, pentru ca nu te simti confortabil si izolat, pentru ca terasa nu este acoperita, dar deasupra sunt balcoanele vecinilor.

Pros: Appartement spacieux avec grande terrasse. Logement bien situé, facilement accessible en transports et les propriétaires ont une très bonne communication avec les hôtes. Attention cependant aux parkings si vous arrivez en voiture, qu'il faudrait réserver en avance sur internet, parce que j'ai payé 36€/jour + un dépassement de tarif (3€/heure) à cause d'une visite déjà pré réservée.. Réserver en ligne si vous ne voulez pas payer autant.

Cons: Mes parents n'ont pas pu dormir ensemble sur le grand lit dont le sommier est totalement déformé et présente un trou au milieu dans lequel le matelas descend. Ma mère n'a pas pu dormir pendant 2 nuits, était fatiguée pendant les visites en ville et était contrainte de dormir la troisième nuit sur le canapé du salon. Il faudrait vraiment changer ce sommier, comme indiqué par les autres hôtes en commentaire.

Un agréable séjour

Pros: Idéalement bien situé. La terrasse très agréable le soir L’appartement est spacieux et on est très bien accueilli

Cons: Le matelas pour le lit pour deux personnes est inconfortable. Il faut le changer on ne peut pas dormir à deux.

Great place out of the way from the crowd and the noise

Pros: A nice apartment at the ground level of the apartment building. Huge terrace and all the appliances you need for a long stay. The hosts are probably the nicest people I've ever met. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to accomodate unforeseen changes in our schedule (flight delayed, layover missed etc). Good, fast internet. Unlike the crowded city center, the neighborhood where the place is located is very quiet.

Cons: One bedroom has very little natural light and the bathroom has no ventilation. The location is about 10 min walk uphill from the nearest Metro station and there's not a ton of privacy on the terrace as upper floor balconies overlook it.

Pros: la situation dans un quartier résidentiel calme, proche de deux lignes de métro 4 et 5 desservant les principaux centres d’intérêt de Barcelone

Cons: le canapé lit, peu confortable pour la 5eme personne

Pros: L'appartement est bien situé, bien équipé Il est proche de toutes commodités et des transports en commun Il est bien situé par rapport au parc Aguell et de la Sagrada Familia

Cons: Seul petit bémol, le matelas de la chambre double est trop mou à notre goût
