A good place to lay your head after walking the beautiful city of Barcelona. But don’t expect aesthetics.

Pros: It was clean and tidy. Two bathrooms with good showers. Small kitchen and fridge was handy.

Cons: As expected from previous reviews the checking in process was a little like an escape room! The second bedroom was very odd, twin beds at either end of a very narrow room.

Good location, clean and big apartment, like in the pictures

Pros: It was clean. It has two rooms, two bathrooms, nice terrace, 15 min walk to Sagrada Familia, the Metro is a minute walk away. It has a parking (20€/day) in a garage in the same building as the apartment, which was really good for our stay. It has a lift. It has a dishwasher and the kitchen is well equipped, only the table is small, not a chance four people would fit in and eat at the same time. You should bring your own tablets for the dishwasher. There is a a small soap for washing the dishes though. There are towels as well. The apartment smells good and the neighborhood feels safe. There is a supermarket across the street opened until 23.00 and some bars and restaurants.

Cons: I read the previous comments about the check in. It was a little confusing for us as well, but we managed to receive a code to enter the MAIN building (not the room). I tried to call at a given number (17 times) but was very busy and when I finally managed to talk to them, the line went down, then I wrote a message through Booking and got a response with a code - I did tried to contact them approximately 2 hours prior to our arrival. You should know that after entering the main door, you need to communicate your confirmation number by phone and they give you the code for the key. There’s also another way, I read also about that. A lady comes into the building, she has all your data and confirmation and you have to pay the turist tax to her and she gives you your code to enter the apartment. That was our case. She was nice, we also paid the parking and she showed us everything. She only speaks spanish, but I guess if you help yourself out with basic google translate, it will work. (On the phone the lady I talked to, spoke English though). So, I have to say, that except this confusion how to get the key/code, our stay was really nice. I also think they read the comments from prior guests and are trying to improve the service (cleaner rooms, better smell, well equipped..).

Pros: Perfect for our purposes. 2 couples. 2 Bedrooms. 2 Bathrooms. 2 floors.

Pros: Clean spacious apartment. Loved the shower in the second bathroom but cubicle could do to be bigger. Short walk to the nearest metro which was great and local shops and restaurants around. 15 - 20 min walk to Sagrada Familiar where we found lots of restaurants. Local hospital is just across the road which was great as my sister had a fall and needed to use it.

Cons: Lack of communication with the manager/owner. Decided to take train and metro to the apartment but weren't sure on what line to take to get to the nearest metro. Once we had figured it out it was easy to navigate but would be great if sent this info prior to arriving. Was given what I thought was a door code on booking but couldn't get in so needed to phone on arrival. Phone calls answered quickly. Need welcome pack to explain equipment in apartment and what local amenities are around.

Cons: The induction was not working and there were no shampoos and soaps

Pros: No breakfest included, location was great. Lots of good food within walking distance.

Cons: Better communications for check-in, calls from the property were made during the flight to Barcelona that could not be received. Once we arrived it took 3 hours to get the keys to the apartment.
