Lovely double apartment - Sagrada Familia - Air conditioning

Pros: Incredible location and the layout pf the flat was great, lots of space

Pros: The apartments are perfectly located, two completely isolated rooms, fantastic people always ready to help!

Tremendous value for location and space

Pros: The location was amazing, the two separated spaces was very comfortable for me and my cousins. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating.

Close to Sagrada familia

Pros: The location is wonderful. 10 minutes from Sagrada familia, 25 from the Gothic quarter and Born. Lorenzo is an amazing and kind host. The two rooms are like two separate apartments so there is plenty of space.

Cons: The bathrooms are tiny. Beds are more like bunk beds with stairs above the kitchen and bathroom - there is literally no roof over the bathroom.

A very relaxed and comfortable stay . Lorenzo was extremely helpful and we will definitely use if as a base when back in

Pros: We loved the fact that it was like two separate apartment do we each had our own space

Pros: Great location and layout which worked well for my travelling needs.

Pros: Location is really good. Macro is quite close to the Sagrada Familia. Also near the metro station and well connected to other parts of the city. Micro is near the bar, supermarket, pastry shop, pizzeria etc. The apartment is clean, well equipped and the host was very kind.

Cons: It was OK for us, but I do not recommend the apartment for: - older people, since the beds are on a terrace with a little bit steep ladder - people that are not bound, since there is a lack of privacy

Pros: Posizione ottima a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro e a 5 dalla Sagrada Familia. Appartamento doppio, luminoso ben diviso e con terrazzo attrezzato, corredato da beni di prima necessità come prodotti per la pulizia personale e per la casa e non solo: acqua, snack, lattine, caffè, zucchero, olio.... che rispecchiano la cortese ospitalità di Lorenzo disponibile e attendo a ogni tua necessità. Noi eravamo in 3 e sicuramente ripeteremo l'esperienza nel Double Apartment Sagrada Familia, ancora un grazie a Lorenzo per tutto.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja! Ze względu na ciekawy układ mieszkania które tak naprawdę składa się z dwóch bliźniaczych apartamentów, bardzo wygodne miejsce dla osób podróżujących w konfiguracji rodzinnej (rodzice z dorosłymi dziećmi, brat z siostrą itp.) lub przyjacielskiej.

Boa qualidade vs preço. Ao lado da Sagrada Família

Pros: Bem localizado e com bons acesso. O facto do apartamento ser, na verdade, dois apartamentos foi ótimo! Estávamos os dois em teletrabalho e deu para gerir lindamente. Mesmo a questão de tomar banho: se só existesse uma casa de banho com uma caldeira, teríamos de aguardar até ter água quente para o outro (por isso talvez tenha sido o ideal para 2 pessoas, mas para 4 já teríamos problemas logísticos). O host mostrou-se sempre disponível para ajudar.

Cons: A zona da cozinha poderia estar mais limpa. O facto da cama ser tipo mezanine não era o mais confortável para mobilidade.
