Great stay for a group of friends

Pros: The property was large and clean. It is in a really good location, close to public transport, good restaurants and of course Sagrada Familia.

A quieter part of the city that’s close to everything.

Pros: The view on the balcony of the Segrada was spectacular.

Nice

Pros: I liked the view from the apartment and the proximity to everything. We also had everything needed for basic use in the kitchen: a small sponge, dishwashing detergent, salt, tea, coffee, and oil.

Cons: I didn’t like that the elevator didn’t always work, and it is very small, only for three people. We also didn’t have any instructions for the TV—what we could do with it, or whether there was an option to find movie channels or something similar.

Spacious and well-priced apartment

Pros: We really liked the price for a group of five, the size of the apartment, and the layout. Having three separate bedrooms plus a spacious shared living area was very comfortable. Access via door code was convenient, and the presence of a working elevator was a big plus. The check-in process through a separate website was straightforward. We also appreciated having two sinks and two toilets, which made a big difference for a group. We would definitely consider staying in these same apartments again if we travel to Barcelona in the future!

Cons: Unfortunately, a serious issue occurred with the reservation just one day before check-in. Booking.com canceled the reservation because there was a €10 shortage on the card. Booking attempted to charge the card four times during the night while I was sleeping, with very short intervals between attempts (about every 10–15 minutes, as shown in the screenshots). I have no idea how I was supposed to notice and react at 3 a.m. The reservation was canceled without any prior warning asking me to update my payment details. We were left without accommodation just one day before our trip, which is extremely stressful in a city like Barcelona where accommodation is hard to find. This was the first time I have experienced such a cancellation process. What made the situation worse is that the apartment check-in had already been completed separately. I had also paid for deposit insurance, but that money was not refunded, as Booking.com and the apartment’s website operate independently and could not resolve this after the cancellation. When I contacted Booking.com support, they were not helpful. The agent could not explain why the reservation was canceled after four attempts instead of sending a warning. No solutions were offered — such as checking availability and helping me rebook the same apartment. Instead of calming the customer in an emergency situation, I only heard repeated phrases like “How can I help?” with no actual assistance. The quality of Booking.com support was extremely disappointing. Please train your staff to handle urgent situations properly and offer real solutions. Regarding the apartment itself: Unfortunately, Sagrada Família was not illuminated in the evening, so it was not visible from the window at night as expected. We also had very noisy neighbors. Although the apartment has quiet-hour rules, we were unlucky with our neighbors. The issue was reported to the apartment owner, though I’m not sure whether the neighbors were contacted.

Pros: Great location, big and comfortable apartment, bus stops and metro stations are very close. view from our apartment was amazing

Great location with amazing views

Pros: The location is excellent, minutes away from some attractions and there's a metro right outside for travelling further.

Cons: The walls were very thin, it sounded as if the people staying next door were in the room, they weren't being loud though.

Very good choice for 5+ people. Amazing location and views of Sagrada Familia.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with a lot of space and 2 great bathrooms. The view from the living room is awesome and the kitchen is pretty convenient. The location is superb at a great neighborhood and the metro station Monumental is 50 meters from the property.

Cons: The elevator of the building is a little bit problematic. Some times it can be very late until it reaches the floor that you want. Other than that the dish washer is slightly defective but it worked.

Can't wait to come back again

Pros: The balcony views were amazing, plenty of storage and good facilities. Would definitely come back:)

Cons: Since there's a coffee machine i think a few complimentary coffee pods would be nice but other than that everything was good:)

Pros: The apartment was big enough for 5 people with 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a view of Sagrada Familia. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had air conditioning. Location was really good with only a 5 minute walk to Sagrada Familia.

Pros: The view and the location of the property are super! You can see the Sagrada Familia from the room window :)

Cons: In the property instructions, it requested the guest to take the trash out of the property, but the property did not provide garbage bags.
