Cosy stay

Pros: The apartment was great for our 3 day trip. Clean, cosy, well equipped - everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked the inclusion of cloths, liquid etc for washing dishes. Good location, walking distance to most sights but good access to bus, train, and metro nearby. Good communication and we were met at the apartment for key handover on arrival although it was after 10pm.

Cons: All good

Pros: We liked the apartment very much. It's charming and comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Our teenage daughter was happy to have her own cute little room. The location is very good, close to Sagrada Familia, but not so touristy, you get the feeling of a true Catalan neighbourhood. The Encants metro station is just around the corner, but you can easily walk a little more from the SF or Clot metro station. Montserrat and Natalia were very kind and helpful (we had a major flight delay and experienced the mass blackout on 28 Apr) and remained in contact with us during our stay, which we really appreciated.

Pros: Located near Sagrada Familia, had all the facilities in close proximity, also a nice parc with a playground nearby. The apartment has all that you need for a holiday

Cons: Has 2 windows which open to the hall of the building and the above neighbor (who also has such windows and kept them opened all time) would talk like he was on the stadion causing a lot of noise up until 2 AM each night.

A great place to stay when exploring Barcelona, would definitely recommend👍🏼

Pros: The location was fantastic and yet the accommodation was in a quiet area. Everything was on your doorstep. Also close to public transport. The apartment was nicely furnished. Communication with the host was great.

Cons: The grumpy neighbour knocking on the wall when we were simply doing the dishes at 8pm at night!

Pros: Very good apartment for family with one child. Good location , very close to Sagrada Family and nearest underground station. Recommended for visit.

Cons: All was in good order.

Pros: Very friendly staff, clean property, all facilities included!

Pros: Apartamentul a fost curat, frumos amenajat, cu bucătărie complet utilată.

Pros: A cozy apartment close to sagrada familia. We had everything we needed for 5 days. If it's available I would come back.

Cons: The noise from the neighbors.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta al lado de La Sagrada Familia. El equipamiento de la casa está muy bien.

Cons: Te bombardean a mensajes para hacer el checking y pagar las tasas mucho antes de ir.
