Convenient apartment close to Sagrada familia

Pros: The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen so it was convenient to make breakfast etc, there is a supermarket, bakery etc just around the corner. The bathroom is decent and there was always hot water with a good pressure to shower (we were 4 adults). Also the metro is really close, and the Sagrada familia is about 5 minutes walking distance. Mikko was very helpful and available to answer any questions we had during our stay.

Cons: The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable but still good enough for a couple of nights. Some extra blankets would also be nice to have as a spare!As it is an apartment, you need to buy any coffee, sugar , tea you might need from the supermarket if you're planning to stay more than 1 night. But overall a good value, especially if you are a group of friends.

Pros: The apartment was nice and well equiped, the location is excellent-close to the main objectives (bonus: a super market right across the street) but still not crowded. Mikko, the one who welcomed us, was also very nice and helpful, explained everything to us and made us great restaurant recommandations.

Cons: The walls are pretty thin, you could hear noises from the neighbours but it is normal for an old building i guess. The bedroom in the middle doesen't have a window so you will need to sleep with the door open, otherwise there will not be enough air but it wasn't a big inconvenience for us.

We were satisfied

Pros: Public transport is easily accessible. Good shopping opportunity opposite. The apartment is clean and well equipped. We arrived earlier, it was already cleaned, so we could move in. Eduard who welcomed us, was very friendly, and explained everything.

Cons: You have to be careful with the stairs!

Amazing flat, quiet but close to everything!

Pros: Sergio was really helpful to meet us & show us around. Location & value both exceptional, less than 10 minutes to Sagrada Familia, metro Encants even closer. Lovely neighbourhood with all you need, but quiet enough to sleep well, would recommend 100% & would happily stay again, very clean & good air con! The outside terrace was also a lovely additional space, & a washing machine meant we didn't come home with lots of dirty washing to do.

Cons: Don't let the communal stairs put you off at all (narrow & very dated, about 25 steps up to apartment) Also could do with some more glasses & kitchen utensils, but very minor things for the exceptional value of this apartment

Great location with bus stops in close proximity and handy shops and cafes close by

Pros: There was a Lidl across the road from us which was perfect, a little gift shop next door and a really nice shower and balcony

Cons: The stairs to get upstairs were difficult with kids and the residents would often let the main door slam

Pros: Location was fantastic - Nice outdoor area in a surprisingly quiet location but with great transport links Easy keys handover with friendly host and early check-in even Apartment was spacious and comfy inside

Cons: I think the price for Barcelona was reasonable

Pros: The apartment was very near Sagrada Familia and also near public transport so there were no issues with getting around (metro, bus etc.) We were welcomed by Giselle, who was very nice and friendly. She showed us around and was very helpful with everything. She spoke English well so there were no issues with communication :) The apartment was very nicely prepared for us and it was very clean. There were two bedrooms, one of them was a little bit smaller but it wasn't an issue for us. Also the sofa in the living room could be turned into a bed. They were very comfortable. There was AC and several fans in the apartment, that were actually functioning.The kitchen and bathroom were a little bit smaller but they were equipped with every needed appliances. We also really enjoyed the lovely terrace. Overall the apartment had everything that was needed. The stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed staying there. We haven't met any problems during our stay :)

Great stay close to Sagrada Familia

Pros: Location was excellent. The apartment had AC and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: The second room is very small and has no windows, so you need to sleep with the door open as it gets very hot otherwise.
