Excellent - Lovely weekend

Pros: Tomas the owner was extremely helpful, easy to contact and always happy to accommodate our wishes. The area is perfect for exploring Barcelona with the underground outside the building. Lovely restaurants and cafe's local.

Pros: the apartment is huge the location is 20 mins walk to sagrada, and metro is just in front of the accommodation, also it's only 9 min taxi or if using metro it's only 1 stop to plaza cataluna

Cons: no elevator and the stairs are too narrow and it is on the 3rd floor

Ideal for city break

Pros: This is one of the locations that serve it's purpose: we needed a spacious accommodation (for three people) on a city break in a convenient location. The apartment is basic in amenities, kind of spartan, situated on an old but nice building. Not too many facilities but all those absolutely necessary: a small kitchen, a small shower and bathroom, two big rooms and large enough beds. We had a city break and it was more than OK for us. I fully recommend for anyone who is not expecting luxury. I know we didn't ;-) PS: the host is more than extraordinary. He was more than happy to help, communicative, a really nice person. He took the extra mile to serve us, all with a smile on his face. We'll keep his contact close for our future visits in Barcelona. Location is more than well connected: by train (directly from airport), by metro and quite close to Sagrada Familia (we used bikes to roam the city), etc. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe.

Cons: A bigger shower cabin. But anyway, I could lose a few pounds :-)

Great location, convenient apartment

Pros: Very convenient location near the metro station. The neighborhood has a lot of places to eat. The apartment was big enough to fit four people, really spacious. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The building was a little bit old and the stairs were narrow. The bathroom was compact. Other than that everything was great.

Pros: It is really nice and renovated properly. Enough room to chill in the few moments you need to be on the appartment.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: The metro was just outside the apartment which helped us get around the city easily, and there were multiple restaurants and supermarkets close by. It was very clean and appreciated having a washer. The owner Tomas was wonderful and carried our luggage upstairs for us, which was exceptional and not expected what so ever. He was easy to get in contact with upon arriving.

Cons: The shower stall was very small and the apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. The stairs to the third floor were very narrow.

Muy acogedores y un gran servicio a los que se hospedan allí.

Pros: La amabilidad de Tomas y de su mujer. El piso tenia todos los servicios posibles y era cómodo, aunque honestamente lo disfrute muy poco.

Pros: Host was very friendly and accommodating. Apartment was spacious, clean and in a quiet area at night. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Very good value for money and would definitely stay here again when in Barcelona.

Buona soluzione

Pros: L'appartamento è molto grande ed è attaccato ad una fermata della metropolitana e del treno locale. Nei dintorni è possibile fare la spesa. La cucina è ben fornita di utensili per prepararsi dei pasti ed il frigorifero è grande. La zona è tranquilla. I proprietari sono cortesi

Cons: L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore e con le scale molto strette. Il bagno è piccolo ed il doccino non si può direzionare, l'attacco è fisso e se non si sta attenti cade per terra.

Super séjour avec un super emplacement !

Pros: L'appartement est très bien agencé, confortable, grand, propre et spacieux. Le propriétaire a été attentif aux demandes que nous lui avons faites. Il est super bien situé et surtout il est très calme. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Cons: La douche est extrêmement petite. Il ne faut pas être gros. D'autres tailles de casseroles auraient été fortement appréciées. Il manquait une bouilloire pour faire chauffer de l'eau.
