Pros: The flat is modern, very clean, and well equipped. There is everything needed for cleaning, including a vacuum cleaner, and all check-in procedures were handled automatically. All appliances, such as the fridge and washing machine, worked well. The bathroom was warm and comfortable. In late November and early December, the flat received sunlight from around 9:30 a.m. There is a very good supermarket within a five-minute walk. The flat is quiet, and the bedroom can be completely dark, which is perfect for sleeping. There is enough storage space, and I especially liked the floor — both beautiful and practical. The living room is very cosy. The 5G internet connection was fully sufficient for my work, including Zoom meetings. The fridge operates quietly. There were no artificial smells in the flat (no smoking, no fragrances), which makes it suitable for people with sensitivities. I would be happy to return to this flat in the future.

Cons: Everything was generally in good condition. There are just a few minor technical points that may need attention: the clothes drying stand shows signs of rust on some metal parts due to contact with water; the electrical socket near the working table was not functioning; the metal part of the bathroom door handle on the inside is missing; and one drawer near the bed may need to be re-glued.

All good, place to recommend!

Pros: The place was quite and simultaneously modern,comfortable, convenient, and centrical.

Cons: It was perfect.

Pros: The building, the apartaments and everything inside, the furniture and appliances, are band new and up-to-date. The access in the building and appartment is very easy by using access codes. The appartment has everthing you need so you can feel like home. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, appliances, dishes, cookware and so on. Washing machine, drying rack, iron, hair dryer. Centralized air conditioning that provides both heating and cooling in all rooms. The apartment is really in the middle of a transportation hub: Navas M1 metro station, Clot railway station for airport T2 easy acces, La Sagrera metro and railway station.

Cons: Our apartmemt was facing the Besalu street and it was a bit noisy due to the car traffic mostly from Navas de Tolosa street. This might be annoing realy early in the morning. From the cleaning perspective, for long stays, the cheapest vertical vacuum cleaner would have been usefull as you only get weekly cleaning.

It was amazing! I would go back there if I go back to Barcelona, please improve the Wifi

Pros: Location was great, close to everything and quiet at night

Cons: the Wifii was poor, unfortunately, if you rely on Wifi like for my work, then it can get tricky.

Modern, calm app.

Pros: Very calm app., automatic door opening and blinds, much space, work table, balcony and lift. Overall very modern and cosy. Liked the armchair, my sleeping room, toaster, coffee and washing machine. Very helpful, polite limehome operation staff. Close to metro station, nice area.

Cons: I would optimize the punctual announcement of the cleaning and the overall communication to the customer / cleaning / tech maint. staff as they enter the app. without permission. Some cleaning staff workers forget toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee cups, new sponges and declare their service finished when you ask for these. You have to write them your needs directly. The soil under furniture is not cleaned properly. I would appreciate if they learn some English as working in the internat. service. Really annoying is the loud bang of your own door each time the property door closes. When you work inside all day, you get this \

Everything you need for a long stay ! Super comfy apartment

Pros: The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay: full kitchen with all appliances and a washer for clothes. I was lucky to have a huge terrace just for myself, I was located on the ground floor. Wifi worked very well, really nice hot shower, the AC worked perfect, no noise at all, very comfy bed with nice blankets. The unit comes exactly as pictures, decorated in a very tasteful way , and kitchen looked new. I already stayed before in that location, last time I was on the second floor which had a second bedroom. This unit only has one bedroom but a huge patio. I totally recommend ! The neighborhood is for locals only, you won’t see tourists. Very thoughtful of them to leave toilet paper, kitchen towels, salt, pepper, hand soap and even washing machine pods. Move-in ready

Cons: Everything was good , no complaints

Barcelona stay.

Pros: Location and cleanliness also very quiet and big yard. I rented for a month and unfortunately I had to leave 11 days early.

Cons: I had to ask for extra linen and towels. Even with a washing machine in house a second set is needed while the other is air drying since there is no dryer in the apartment.

Pros: Было очень комфортно, в апартаментах есть все необходимое, удобная кровать, свежий светлый ремонт, для меня было всё идеально. Ранее в 2022 жила в отеле Limehome fontcoberta, где мне также все понравилось, в особенности расположение.

You are in the city but in a residential neighborhood (not turistic area)

Pros: The apartment (2 bedroom 1 full bathroom) has a new and modern look. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances (coffe machine, toaster, Microwave, oven, medium fridge) and most tools for cooking (pots, pans and silverware) I used the dishwasher and washing machine ( located in the kitchen) a few times, they work very well. The bedroom is comfortable and nicely decorated, no tv. The main bedroom had a balcony and the living room had a balcony as well but very tiny, not even one chair can fit in it. It was quiet, no noisy street nor area. The wifi worked fine. I would recommend the place, it’s a good deal for míd-to long stays. The place looks like the pictures.

Cons: There was no dryer so and no drying rack so I had to hang the clothes on the dining room chairs and where ever I could find a place to hang the clothes. The location is great , you can take the subway either Camp de L’Arpa (L5 blue line) or Navas (L1 red line) short walking distance about 1-2 blocks. However is a very residential area, where locals live not turisty.
