Cons: The mattress the only thing that bothered me as it’s not comfortable

Great location needs new beds

Pros: We loved the location. Very close to metro and some great bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in all the mattresses. This apartment is not cheap and the owner should spend a bit of money on upgrading the bedding and the couch. Unfortunately the towels were also old and threadbare. Such a shame for a good apartment in a great location.

Pros: Location is very good, super close to Metro Line 1, lots of restaurants and groceries around. The sofa though is not comfortable and the plates, pillows etc needs to change as its quite old. Its good value for money in terms of location.

Pros: Private parking (paid) if you’re traveling by car. Very close to line 1 metro station and with L1, you are in Barcelona center very quickly. Also the supermarket and local bars/restaurants are nearby. The neighborhood is very pleasant to stay!

Pros: The amount of space, plus having a kitchen and washing machine (he provided pods as well!).

Cons: The language barrier was difficult to get through, but we managed. Everything else was great.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and excellent value for 6 people

Pros: Attentive staff that helped us with late check-in. He looked like Danny DeVito and was very friendly and spoke no English. Apartment was great and exactly as described and pictured. Navas is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood and the location next to the Metro station is SO close. It's also convenient to walk to La Sagrada Familia and other places (20-30 minutes to LSF; farther to other places)

Cons: I don't like that they charged extra for guests that didn't show up on the booking.com estimate when I specified 6 guests. However, both other hotels and our rental car also charged more than the booking or expedia agreed upon rate.
