Alcam Berlin-Numancia

Pros: Overall, Alcam Berlin Numancia was a great stay and very good value for money. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with shops and transport nearby.

Cons: I wish it was a little closer to the city centre – we often had to rely on the metro or cabs. Still, if you don’t mind the distance, it’s a solid choice for a Barcelona stay.

Great time in Barcelona

Pros: My booking was done last minute due to another property trying to do some shady business with a reservation. By last minute, I mean that I booked it at the Airport at 11:00 p.m., and by the time I made it to the apartment, everything was done. The landlord is very communicative and helpful. I still cannot believe that they were so quick. The apartment is enormous and it was perfect for a family of 7. Everything was very clean. The apartment's location was perfect, there is a bus stop in front of the door and 2 metro stations about 5 minutes walk in either direction. Access to the apartment was done through an app that I downloaded. Everything was very easy and user-friendly. There were also many good restaurants in the area and a grocery store on the next block. I highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Barcelona.

Reencuentro en Barcelona

Pros: La ubicación del edificio es ideal, así como el número de habitaciones y baños. El apartamento es sencillo y funcional, fue entregado limpio. La TV tiene una amplia variedad de programas/opciones, excelente.

Cons: El inodoro de la entrada tenía un olor horrible en algunos momentos (problema de drenaje del edificio?). El vecino del piso de arriba caminaba de forma ruidosa hasta altas horas de la madrugada.

Pros: Posizione comoda, nell’appartamento non mancava nulla, per due famiglie è perfetto. Assistenza di Adriana eccezionale.

Cons: Lo stabile è un po’ datato e c’era qualche difficoltà con il lavandino di un bagno ma niente di problematico

Pros: L'appartamento è come nelle foto, pulito e accogliente...con due bagni. La posizione è ottimale...a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata placa de centro sulla linea verde della metro che collega i punti principali della città...e 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dove passa il treno che porta direttamente all' aereoporto. A pochi metri c'è il casaron dove si mangia benissimo..Sotto il palazzo c'è una pasticceria buonissima dove fare la colazione al mattino. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda via msg. Tutto al top. Lo consiglio

Pros: la ubicacion excelente, y la verdad que el piso se adapto perfecto a nuestras necesidades, nos sentimos super comodos y eramos 7 personas .

Pros: Wszystko było dobrze , martwiły mnie opinie poprzednich gości ale wszystko było jak powinno, czyste duże mieszkanie , łatwy dostęp. Wszystko bardzo dobrze.
