Pros: Well appointed, simple to access, close to metro and town

Cons: Credit card payment outside of booking.com

Great facilities, would use again.

Pros: Great location, good facilities and comfy beds. Shops and bars/cafes nearby. Metro and lots of attractions in short walking distance.

Cons: There was some noise from the other flats and the street and at the moment (October 2025) there are some roadworks nearby that started up at 8am.

Pros: Perfect apartment location,near port, la rambla, monjuic,...Enough space for 4people and the best is 2bathrooms and big living room with kitchen.Very recommendet.

Cons: Reconstruction on the street down every morning woke up us at 8am.

Great location for cruise terminal

Pros: Really clean and well equipped, good layout for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Cons: Really confusing and complicated entry system to the block and individual apartment, I’m sure the instructions could be made clearer and more simplified. Even other people staying there said the same thing. Also the noise from apartments above was annoying.

Really nice appt with charm - very comfortable and good value for money.

Pros: Clean, charming, good walking distance to the harbour area.

Cons: The instructions for the front door - not clear which buttons to hit to gain access - no hash key despite the instructions saying this. Tried all the buttons but combination not obvious. Perhaps you should include a pic of the panel and circle the key to use? I didn’t have data roaming but was able to get on their internet and use the electronic key.

Pros: Booked this because it's close to the cruise terminal. It is a very nice place and very clean.

Enjoyed the city and beach break with family.

Pros: App didn't work or wasn't easy to pair the key so used the code.

Cons: Kitchen space, no oven, main bedroom door has no lock from inside. Hot tub wasn't working properly and wasn't clean Overall it was good property.

We all had a great time and were very comfortable

Pros: Great position lots of restaurants and bars nearby and metro within walking distance. Loved the communal roof terrace . Great place to have breakfast and somewhere to sit outside . Didn’t get to use the hot tub as no instructions but having the terrace was a big bonus in a city Perfectly adequate sized apartment for a short city break for 4 people and good to have 2 bathrooms - 1 on suite

Cons: Would have been good to have some hooks in the double room to hang wet towels Small Dishwasher was a plus but unfortunately dinner plates too big to go in ☹️

Nice apartment but would have preferred closer to Ramblas area

Pros: Quiet location but close to very good Tapas street

Cons: Bit far from main areas. Kept getting locked out of apartment with the code we were given. Hosts were quick to respond to fix but what would have happened if we couldn’t get in at midnight!! Pool was only available to 8pm. Would have been nice to have a swim after dinner around 9.30

Fantastic stay loved every minute
