Sagrada Familia Butterfly

Pros: The location was good, it was very close to metro station and bus to beach and very close to Sagrada familia, however it was a little bit far from city center e.g. La pedrera. Acommodation was fully equipped with dishes and cooking equipments, there were 2 bathrooms and there was also some shower gel as well which was plus in case someone forgot theirs. And even when we had late check in, the accommodation provided us will following steps by self-checking.

Cons: Even though there was AC in living room, it didn´t helped in bedrooms, so sometimes it was harder to sleep. Otherwise everything was okey. In two twins room were no window where could daylight shine into rooms, the balcony was fine but it was in view in courtards so we didn´t use it that much. The main door is not noise cancelling so we heard everything from the hall of the building.

Wonderful

Pros: Great location. Fantastically helpful and responsive staff - quick to reply with any queries. Super apartment in a good safe area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Powerful shower.

Cons: Air con wasn't brilliant but adequate. We took small plug in fans which I was glad to have overnight. One bathroom door doesn't shut properly - easily fixable.

Pros: the location, the facilities, the balcony was amazing + two bathrooms which was a plus for us traveling with our parents.

Cons: the apartment looked a little bit used and of course not so big as it was shown in the pictures....but wat can you expect for an app near Sagrada Familia ?! Actually, they have one master bedroom which is quite big + one twin bedroom (i think it was without an window) + one very small bedroom with a bunk bed.

It was ok

Pros: The location is really good, close to Sagrada Familia, in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is big, clean and has two bathrooms. If you spend most of the day visiting Barcelona, the apartment in quite good.

Cons: You have to pick the keys in a different location. It rained like hell, and we had two kids with us, so you can imagine how that was . It would be much easier if you could open the door of the apartment using a code, and after that using the keys left in the apartment (we saw this solution in Rome). The view is bad: one of the bedrooms and the livingroom has a view towards an ugly block of flats. The rest of the house has no view. If you open the windows from the kitchen or from the other bedroom, you see a very close wall. Because of this, they are quite dark, so even in the middle if the day you have to turn on the lights. The two bathrooms have a strange problem with both toilets: it barely comes any water when you flash the water. So it can be a problem if you have to take a number two. We had a bit of bad luck, and it was a bit colder in Barcelona in the beginning of may, and the apartment was also quite cold. This can be a good thing in the torid summer, but in the other seasons, not so much.

Pros: Location, balcony, shops, transport, restaurants nearby. Quite place and neighbours. Good WiFi. Responsive staff. Kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare food.

Cons: Be ready to pick up the keys in other location. I prefer capsule coffee machine

Pros: Location was an easy 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Apartment had a stove top and microwave, close to a supermarket.

Cons: We had near been to Barcelona before and not speaking the language was a bit daunting, so picking up the keys in a different location to the apartment was expensive via taxis .

Pros: Apartament jest położony w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko są sklepy, kawiarnie czy miejsca do zjedzenia. Ogólnie do polecenia. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja

Cons: Ogólnie jest ok, ale meble oraz wyposażenie jest już trochę zużyte, w stosunku do ceny oczekiwałabym lepszej jakości, ale być może na cenę miał wpływ okres w którym wyjeżdzaliśmy - święta wielkanocne, a był to jeden i tak z tańszych apartamentów. Wybraliśmy go głównie ze względu na lokalizację i ta jest bardzo ok. Ogólnie polecam.

Gran alojamiento, amplio, comodo y gran ubicacion

Pros: La ubicacion es lo mejor. Lo peor es tener que ir a otro barrio a recoger las llaves y tener que salir a las 11am

Pros: Espacioso y buena ubicación, a una cuadra del metro y a la vuelta un excelente restaurante de comida italiana con menú rico, muy buenas pizas y buenos precios. También supermercados cercanos. El departamento es muy bueno pero podrían mejorar la limpieza y los colchones de las camas. Todo lo demás excelente.

Cons: Estaba un poco sucio y el personal no se podía ubicar todo el día ya que trabajan en ciertos horarios, lo que nos dificultó sabe como botar la basura el último día ya que teníamos vuelo temprano y tuvimos que salir a las 7 de la mañana. Podrían indicar cómo y donde se bota la basura cuando se hace el check in. Y por otro lado, el colchón estaba muy desgastado.
