Great Stay for a calm group/family
Pros: Apartment is large, affordable, and really conveniently located! Nice and straight forward and a lovely stay. Wifi code is on the router (not the door), but that confusion is minimal at most, and whilst it could be cleaner it is acceptable and perfect for the low budget holidays in the centre or Barcelona!
Cons: Some of the light fittings are hanging down.

Super location in Barcelona
Pros: Great location, near to Sagrada Familia.Metro station was in 100 meters,markets and cafes around. We enjoyed our stay.Appartment is really huge and staff was very helpful.

Not perfect, speaking of cleaniest, but quite OK in all other ways (location and overall impression)
Pros: The positioning of the property is excellent. The Sagrada Familia is not far away (5-7 minutes of walking distance). The property itself is quite big (more than enough space for 6 travellers (we were 3 pairs)). There are a lot of bedrooms (3 separate rooms with double beds + 1 separate bedroom with 1 single bed + walk through rooms with addtional beds (+3 more beds)). As a total, you can accomodate 12 people. Unfortunately the kitchen can not accomodate so much people, I believe 6 is its maximum. The were 3 fridges in different parts of the apartment (we used only the one from the kitchen) and I believe there are 2 (3?) TVs (we used 0 of them, that was not our point of interest). WiFi signal's strength was quite OK, even in the farest bedroom of the property. The access to the property is done through using electronic keys via installing an application on your phone, as a result, if you have data-roaming, you had no problem accesing the property.
Cons: Cleanliness was not impecable. Furniture was not new and needs some replacement. After all, the beds (we used 3 of them) and bathrooms (there are 2 of them, and we used them both) were OK and that was the main point. Just to remind, I don't know how you shall access the entrance door, in case you have no internet access for installing the door's application. (every time you want to enter, you need internet availability to press the button to open the door)

Pros: Poziția apartamentului la doar 600 de metri de Sagrada Familia, zona cu marketuri non stop.
Cons: Interior apartamentului are nevoie de ceva îmbunătățiri , în schimb este destul de spațios.

Ottimo potenziale ma poca pulizia
Pros: Ottima posizione, con tutti i servizi necessari nelle immediate vicinanze. L'appartamento all'interno è ben fornito ed è molto spazioso. Zona centrale ma tranquilla. Vicinissimo alla metro e alla Sagrada Familia
Cons: L'appartamento in se è molto comodo e grande ma a livello di pulizia e manutenzione lascia a desiderare. Nel complesso però ritengo che sia una buona scelta avendo alcune accortezze.

Pros: Ottima posizione, staff gentile e cordiale, palazzo signorile, Metodo di ingresso in struttura il top
Cons: Non era pulita a dovere, divani e cuscini del letto da rivedere con attenzione, Bisogna anche Effettuare una pulizia dei condizionatori, E semplicemente una pulizia straordinaria della casa. Non è una critica discriminatoria, È semplicemente una critica per migliorare il suo business.

Vacanza fantastica
Pros: In viaggio con la famiglia e amici dal 6 maggio 2024 fino al 9 maggio 2024. Posizione eccellente, l'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti dalla Sagrada Familia e dalla Metro linea L5, nonché da tutti i servizi. Il sig. Andre è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze ed stato a nostra disposizione per tutto il soggiorno.
