SWEET APARTMENT IN GRACIA DISTRICT!

Pros: Almost perfect, the location, the structure, we really stayed without nothing that bothered us. So much comfortable and very nice to stay❤️

Perfect location and great value for money in Barcelona!

Pros: Perfect location! In the middle of the Gracia district, close to a metro station, 2 supermarkets. In the kitchen there were more than enough to prepare your own food. When we arrived, there were some sweets for us. There was a lot of coffee, we didn't have to buy any ;-) Great value for money in Barcelona!

Cons: The lights were rather faint and one light in the kitchen was flickering all the time. We resolved that by taking out the bulb ;-). The sound insulation could be better, we heard a lot of sounds from the other apartments, especially when someone was taking a shower or running a washing machine.

Sweet apartment in Gracia district lived up to its name

Pros: The host was very attentive, giving us all the information we needed and checking everything was okay, after we had arrived. She even left a welcome gift! The flat was in a great location, central with good restaurants nearby.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like

Great flat, would recommend!

Pros: Elena was an amazing host! So much to like about this flat - location, facilities, security and an incredibly friendly and informative host. The size was bigger than I expected which was great for our family. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Comfortable, homey and clean. All the facilities required, plus more! We were greeted by the host’s family member and even provided us snacks and drinks on arrival. They went above and beyond to secure us a booking at their family’s restaurant which was fantastic. Great location and flexible checkin. Host Elena was contactable and helpful entire trip.

Cons: N/A

Cozy and close to the center, great for families

Pros: Such a cozy apartament, a nice place to enjoy the real spirit of Barcelona from a very central position! The host is super-responsive and helpful, and her cousin who welcomed us was very friendly. At our arrival we found jamon, juices and chocolate waiting for us, plus games to entertain the kids :) Thank you for everything, Elena!

Cons: It may not be the most modern flat, but it is very well equipped. It was pretty cold outside but the electric heaters made their job - just watch out if you have little kids. The lift is very tight, but enough for a stroller.

Fabulous location and very homely , comfortable apartment,

Pros: Great communication from the host prior to arrival and throughout our stay. The apartment was well stocked , i.e coffee , milk , snacks, towels etc . Excellent location , just 5 mins from the top of La Ramblas. In a quiet residential area but close enough to the life. Nice couple of bars a stones throw away with lovely friendly staff. Literally around the corner is a whole road of shopping.

Cons: N/A

Local neighborhood vibe stay

Pros: The host has been responsive via WhatsApp and the check out time could be coordinated which was great. Warm little place with modern decoration. Close walk to the Main Street. It is a resident building so recommended for people who want a local neighborhood vibe.

Cons: The bedding were little tired. We’ve talked to the host and have gained positive feedback on that.

Good location and value for money.

Pros: We were greated by the host in person which was really nice. Property is in great location.

Very nice experience

Pros: Location is perfect. The apartment is nice, well equipped, spacefull and with everything you could need. The owner is super nice and easygoing. It was quite a pleasant stay.
