Nice place, good location, calm and convinient

Pros: Location is superb The flat is big enough for a family of 3. Very convenient, good transportation nearby, Gracia district is amazing. You are next to everything but in a calmer side street. Good pizzeria under the apartment and many good restaurants even on the same street. Clean, well equipped, did not miss anything. Cluld stay easily months there.

Excellent séjour !

Pros: Super séjour, emplacement parfait, dans une rue calme, facile d'accès en métro, proche de tout. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et bien agencé. Le canapé et la literie sont confortables. Check in assez rapide et un peu cafouillé (erreur d'appartement), mais les hôtes étaient très disponibles par message, très sympathiques, et très réactifs pour nous trouver une solution lorsque notre train a été supprimé. Bref, on recommande !

Pros: Location is very close to most important objectives, this is great. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you may need during a short stay. The smart TV from the living room is a great plus! The agency staff was really helpful and kind, they gave us plenty of tips on how we can make our staying more enjoyable.

Cons: Well, in the first night we had a lot of noise from the other apartments, I only felt asleep at 2 AM. The beds are not most comfortable, at least as per my expectations. Last but not least, I did not like the fact that I had to block my 300 Euro deposit for almost 2 weeks, as this is not a very common practice, at least this is the first time I have to pay for this for a property booked from Booking.

Bella scoperta !

Pros: Appartamento molto carino, pulito ed accogliente. È completo di tutto nel senso che è possibile anche cucinare ed adattoa lunghe permanenze. La location è strategica perché la zona, oltre ad essere molto bella, è comoda per raggiungere il 90 % dei posti da visitare; addirittura anche a piedi. Il personale è molto disponibile e simpatico. La prossima volta che torneremo, sarà la nostra prima scelta. Consigliatissimo.

Cons: Nulla da segnalare
