Super quiet place for rest

Pros: Surprisingly quiet apartment because all windows facing inner yard, no noise at all from quite busy streets around. Plus fantastic supply of household and bath and shower products, quite unusual for rental properties. And of course location is superb, convenient access to all major attractions.

Pros: Great stay! Loved the location - excellent food options around every corner. Walking distance to major sites. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely come back next time.

GREAT LOCATION!

Pros: Good communication from hosts. We're there to meet us and gave good instructions and insights on the area. Apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is a lift which can only fit 2 people in it. Good enough for luggage rather than hauling upstairs. 2 full bathrooms which had shampoo and soap provided. 3 bedrooms which were spacey for the 5 of us. Nice living room and kitchen area with all things provided. Great location, walked everywhere for food, shops, Sagrada Familia - all within 10 minute walk or less.

Cons: The keys for the apartment door were a bit faulty and took some fiddling with before we got through hang of it. Just needs a bit of a firm push.

Pros: We stayed in the apartment with our children. In the apartment we found everything that made our stay comfortable. Moreover it is located near tram station (200 metres) and metro station (400 metres) so you can easily start your trips. Sagrada Familia is in a walking distance. Also there is Mercadona and pizzeria in the same block.

A great place to stay.

Pros: The apartment was clean and fully equipped. It was situated close to Sagrada Familiar.

Cons: Some information sent by me to Booking.com had not been communicated to the people in Barcelona.

great stay

Pros: Location was great, 2 min walk to the Sagrada Familia and plenty of shops and restaurants. The apartment block is situated on a VERY busy and noisy road but the minute you walk through the apartment garden entrance, it is lovely and tranquil. The apartment is modern, in good condition and was very clean. It is spacious and the kitchen is well kitted out. A home away from home. Better wifi speed than we have at home, teens were pleased to discover! The lady checking us in was lovely and helpful.

Cons: It is not something that can be helped but lots of siren noise at night from the back rooms. Take ear plugs! Main issue though was people above - we stayed 3 nights, 2 of which were fine with noise as expected of people living above you. But the last night there was obviously a changeover of guests and they were up most of the night banging, shouting, showering etc until 4am. Quite a few of the apartments seemed to be short stay so I would imagine this is a frequent problem. Small niggle the shower tray/ seal leaked so water spread across the bathroom floor and the big monsoon shower head needs replacing, just sprays water out. This is just for feedback to the agency.

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Beautiful apartment, the equipment was better then my own :D. Super location - close to Sagrada Familia, shops and restaurants. 2 bathrooms were very usefull.

Great stay. Everything you need and spacious.

Pros: Spacious apartment. Everything you could need included. Host that met us with the key was great with lots of useful info to help us with our stay.

Cons: Apartment itself is great. Right on Diagonal (the road) so easy to get out and about in the city and close to a hop on/off bus route. The communal area/ access to building isn’t great. Loose handrail, limited light on stairwell (but this isn’t apartments fault and seemed typical standard in Barca).

Pros: It’s huge for 6 people, very close to Sagrada Familia, silence is one of the most valuable aspect of the apartment

Cons: One of the two Bathrooms is very small

Would stay here again.

Pros: Great location near the Sagrada. Great host who met us there with keys and spent a long time taking us through the apartment. Good facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, basic toiletries and cooking equipment.
