Rent Top Apartments near Plaza de Catalunya

Pros: Brilliant location, nice spacious kitchen/living area, comfortable beds and polite and willing hosts.

Cons: The Online Key System was not working for us multiple times and was extremely frustrating.

Amazing location, gorgeous apartment. Will be back!!

Pros: We arrived a little earlier than planned but I called the contact number given and we were granted access to leave our bags while the apartment was being cleaned. The apartment was located within minutes of Placa de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the prominent shopping areas. We had a balcony to view the main street and a terrace at the back of the property to relax/eat outdoors. The accommodation was perfect. Clean, comfortable and toiletries/towels/sheets provided. Electronic keys made access easier for all guests. There was air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas and plenty of bathrooms. I would/will definitely stay here again!

Cons: I can't fault anything about this apartment as we were very happy and intend to return.

Location was everything!

Pros: Location is AMAZING. Literally next to the Placa, restaurants downstairs, taxis across the street. Everything was close by. Quiet, clean, cool, and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were a huge bonus.

Cons: There is a 300 refundable deposit due before you get access codes or the address. It would've been more convenient for this to be charged immediately as we 1. Didn't realise this was even a thing and 2. More importantly we didn't have access to online payments with our phone without our Australian Sims to verify the payment. Luckily for us we had my brother from Slovenia with us. Not sure what would've happened if he wasn't able to pay for us. Entry is via 2 links in an email, so you need data on your phone and need to find and open your email continuously! One slides to open the front door,but only after you've entered the floor and door no,the other once at your apartment to open the door. Wifi code wasn't written anywhere. We had to call them?! The loo doesn't flush easily. I could never get it to work lol Something so simple as the lack of sugar sachets to have with the coffee capsules they left for us to use. We had to take some from the cafe downstairs. The dripping shower head was annoying - we took it off and lay it flat in the bath.

Good place to stay with a group

Pros: The Apartment was located in a place with good connectivity. Metro station is within very short distance so moving around was very convenient. Lots of restaurants around and choice of food.

Cons: It was mentioned that each room had a bathroom. But that wasn't the case. Anyway we managed as one guest cancelled the trip last minute.

Perfect location and ideal for one night

Pros: Great location, light and airy apartment well equipped for what we needed for one night

Cons: Wasn't easy to find once on right road, not obvious it was apartments, looks like a offices so instructions to find exact building would've been helpful. Second bedroom ok for children but not great for 2 tall adults as 2 twin beds take up whole width of room so no access to beds except from bottom of bed, not great for getting up to bathroom at night, sofa bed was uncomfortable apparently so our 5th adult said. No instructions in book left about where things like hairdryer could be found, searched and found it in a box in bathroom the morning we left by pure chance. A key left on book but nothing to say what it was for, trialled it to find out its purpose. Would've been helpful to have it in instructions which were there to read. Ok for 2 adults and 2 children but not great for 5 adults who aren't couples for more than a night.

Pros: Location Location Location! Very clean and comfortable

Cons: The intercom entrance from the street didn't work even one time. The floor in the bedroom need to be fix

Pros: Very spacious, amazing location, facilities are perfect - Superb accommodation!

Cons: Appartement 6 personnes mais manque 2 chaises nous avons dû prendre les 2 chaises de la terrasse
