Sweet BCN Sagrada Familia

Pros: Great location, two blocks away from Sagrada Familia. Very comfortable appartment with big spaces and a nice bathroom. The system with the key is easy to use, but you need to be prepared with their videos first. Same looks with their pictures and a comfortable balcony, perfect for smokers.

Cons: The bed matresses could be a bit better, but it's not a big deal.

It’s a nice location but only for people that plan on sleeping before 10 pm because of the noise sensor

Pros: The location of the apartment is really good. The system with the virtual key is super because everyone can come and go when they want.

Cons: Sadly the walls are very thin and you can’t do nothing after 10 pm because of the noise sensor. Someone went to shower at 11 pm and we got multiple noise complaint because of that. Sadly some parts of the apartment are already falling apart. For example the table.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. And with the two bathrooms made it ideal to share with friends. It's very well located in the centre of Barcelona so made it easy to walk around the city. The metro was also close by.

Cons: The apartment was ok but a dusty in places. The safe was locked when we arrive but was sorted very quickly.

Great lace to stay for exploring the enchanting Barcelona

Pros: Great location - no more than 2 minutes away from Sagrada Família. Metro station is near the basílica, so it makes it easy to navigate from the airport and around the city. The property was facing a courtyard, thus there were no noise at all. Property was nicely decorated, comfortable beds and clean linen. Cute balcony with a table and chairs perfect for breakfast or a glass of wine. The team was communicative, proactive and very friendly. Bed comfy, large TV for quite evenings on the sofa to chill. Complimentary coffee was a lovely touch, too. Certainly recommend this property, especially who wishes to explore Barcelona city life.

Cons: I think what bothered me a bit was not having a physical key. The online door lock is great but since I travelled alone - I could not leave my phone in the property for a night out. It was also difficult to close the door and it made loads of noise in attempt to get it locked. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom - not very nice but its a city. Coffee machine was not cleaned with coffee grounds still in it and no filters provided. No washing liquid or capsules for washing machine, nor sponges for washing dishes as well. So I left some coffee machine filters, full package of washing pods and a pack of sponges for future guests!

Great apartment, great hosts in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was perfect for what we needed for our short stay in Barcelona and the hosts were very helpful and replied quickly to any query we had. The location was good and overall, it was fantastic value.

Cons: Not the fault of the hosts, but make sure you read the relevant emails before your stay to ensure you can access the apartment (my own fault :-))

Pros: The pictures of this place don’t do it justice. I stayer Here for 5 day with my study friends to Enjoy the city of Barcelona. The place is close to a supermarcet 2! One is more expensive than the other. It is also close by a bakery/cafe with fresh croissants

Cons: In the dining area the wood was coming of on the floor that was one of the things that have minus points In one of the rooms the shutter didn’t work and they offered to fix it so it is not necessarily a min. They didn’t have any hangers

Pros: Muy buena relación precio-confort-cercanía a subte y Sagrada Familia. Tenía todas las comodidades para una familia de 4 personas. Muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la Sagrada Familia y el subte. El edificio es muy tranquilo. Estaba muy limpio y con el confort necesario para los 4 días.
