Enjoy Apartments Urban Retreat Valencia 2

Unacceptable long waiting for the keys

Pros: The apartment itself was great, and the location too

Cons: The process to get into the apartment, to get the keys was bad; actually unacceptable. I called 0:45 h. in advance to announce that we would be on time, namely at 15:00h. Then we called again at 15:00h. and a case was made. We called again, another case was made. The personnel didn't speak English well and the cases didn't lead to anything. Also, I don't have a complaint, I just want the keys for the apartment for which I paid a lot of money. Finally, we got the keys

Drugih zamerki nije bilo.
