great location to start a hol in Barcelona.

Pros: It's a great apartment (renovated from the original ) and has a good kitchen and bathroom. Great location. I liked it's access to many places and easy short walks to shops restaurants and groceries. Right next to Metro. and close to harbour.

Cons: The access wasn't good for our hips. Very steep, tight staircase and not great for dragging suitcases up and down. My fault for not checking that detail first. Lesson learnt

Pros: Quirky appartment. Good location for Port, Las Ramblas and Metro. Ear plugs were provided !

Cons: The street below was very noisy at night and into the early hours f the morning. Our apartment was on the top floor and the 71 steps up to it were very steep and narrow.

Wondeful apartment, wonderful location, but beware of the stairs.

Pros: Wonderful location in the Gothic Quarter, close to the port, restaurants, shopping, etc. Very nice apartment. Fantastic air conditioning. Large flat-screen TV. Wifi. Nice kitchen with full-size refrigerator and freezer; washing machine. Bedroom is smallish but comfortable. Bathroom also is quite small, especially the shower. But modern. Keys are in the form of a code and/or an app via a browser. Be sure to provide photos of your passport information pages prior to arrival. Required to get the key codes.

Cons: The stairs. Oh my goodness. But I was aware of the issue from online reviews. This apartment is on the FIFTH floor as in up FIVE flights of stairs. No elevator. Switch-back each floor so ten flights of six steps. Narrow. No banister between 1st and 2nd. Stairs are not uniform. Top stair on floors four and five is almost a DOUBLE stair. We called them the \

Very good location and accomodatio

Pros: Very good space, very well and conveniently located.

Cons: It was quite noisy at night given how centrally located it is, if you aren’t from New York like we are, it might be a lot.

Good value for the money

Pros: The apartment was extremely clean and lovely and located in the very heart of the city. Wifi was didn’t work reliably.

Memorable

Pros: Acogedor, excelente ubicación. Cuidado a los detalles.

Cons: Igual las escaleras un poco incómodas si alguien tiene maleta grande.
