Enjoybcn Colon Apartments

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment! The localization is amazing and the stuff is really helpful! I recommend it!

Pros: Perfect apartment for a 4-members family (spacious, modern). Excellent location (at the edge of Bario Gotico, next to the sea front, next to BCN colon and actually at the beginning of Rambla). Extremely helpful and kind the personnel (Katerina, Marcia, Mario).

Pros: Apartment manager is in the apartment complex and came immediately to fix the leak in the ceiling. Central location quiet

Cons: Leaking ceiling, had to pay for extra sheets for the fold out bed

The apartment is in an amazing location but also quiet too.

Pros: We dropped off our bags at the main office and spent the day exploring the city, as we had an early arrival in Barcelona. The team couldn't have been more helpful. We later received messages stating that our apartment was ready, along with instructions on how to access the building and retrieve the key.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Great central stay

Pros: Absolutely great apartments right next to time out market - spotlessly clean, great facilities - the roof area is much bigger than it looks and has beautiful views. Couldn’t recommend more for a group!

A clean, modern, and well-located apartment

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Barcelona! The location was perfect — close to everything, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also surprisingly spacious for four people, which made it ideal for our group.

Cons: There wasn’t much to dislike. The elevator was quite small (typical for Europe), and the alley leading up to the entrance could have been cleaner, but those were minor details compared to the overall experience.

Fabulous location

Pros: The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is well placed for everything , there are supermarkets and independent food shops all within minutes walk.. The harbour is just across the road, beach is about 25 mins walk. Abundance of bars, restaurants close by for the evening. The apartment was clean and tidy. The Rooftop area is a bonus with the pool to dip in to to cool off. Apartment felt very secure, containee within locked gates in the evening, we felt safe at all times. Staff communication was excellent throughout the booking process and whilst we were there. The BCN staff are available to help with any queries, problems, offer recommendations and arrange transfers etc. They were welcoming at the office when we needed to leave our cases.

Cons: We encrusted a few issues but these were sorted out quickly. Our safe broke and needed to be replaced, however this was sorted quickly. We also struggled to access the apartment, the lock was quite tricky and it had a bit of a knack to it, this was apartment 22. There is nowhere to store suitcases on site if you arrive early or late, you are able to leave these in the offices but the office is about a 30 min walk. Not a major issue, but just a bit of an inconvenience .
