SAGRADA FAMILIA C&D Lovely Apartment

Quiet neighborhood, next to the Sagrada Familia

Pros: The location is quiet, next to Sagrada Familia, which is nice. Otherwise you need to go to the center or to the coast by taxi or metro. The apartment is good for families or larger groups. It has a small balcony. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean. There is an elevator in the building. It has two bathrooms, which is great. The kitchen has everything you need, including coffee, tea, salt, oil.

Cons: The apartment has a bit of an unusual layout. It has a very long hallway and at one end is the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom with a window and in the bathroom and bedroom which is great. The other three rooms have a small window facing the inside of the house, you look at the wall, almost no natural light. The kitchen is next to the master bedroom and the second bathroom, the living room with a dining table is at the other end of the apartment, with the rooms in between. This layout didn't bother us, because we only slept for 3 nights, we didn't cook anything. But it would bother me if we were staying longer and were cooking inside, because you have to carry everything from one end of the apartment to the other.

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 6 people. There was plenty of room for everyone, the apartment has everything you need for your stay. There was also shampoo and shower gel provided which was highly appreciated. The apartment was very clean and beds are comfortable. The location is very good, right next to Sagrada Familia with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Even though it’s in a tourist part, the neighbourhood was quiet at night time. The owner is very helpful, recommended us restaurants to try and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Pros: Great location, everything close by. Apartment was as described, two bathrooms was really good to have. The host answered every question and request quickly.

Cons: The dinnertable is small already for five people. It would be good to have a few more coffee mugs etc. There should be instructions on how to use the machines in the apartment, for example how long is the washing program in the dishwasher. It's not always so easy with international guests.

Excellent base for sight seeing.

Pros: Excellent location for sight seeing - just across the square from Sagreda Família. Well stocked apartment. Easy to communicate with host about arrival and check out. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Beds extremely firm.

Super Location amazing stay

Pros: This property has the perfect location Beautiful maintained with absolutely everything you need

Pros: Super well located apartment, near the Sagrada Familia and the metro. I was answered clearly and quickly! I recommend and return easily.

Cons: A point of improvement would be to change the pillows. It was the only bad part of the experience.

Pros: The location is super. 3 mins to walk to the Sagrada Família, so you can enjoy it from morning to night. If you like, you can also walk to the Passeig de Gracia, Casa Batlló and other places. The apartment is clean and nice, a great choice for a big family of 6 adults. The host is very nice, and even prepare some gifts for us. A nice stay!

Cons: No

Clean and central

Pros: A very clean place with good space if you travel with 4. Comfortable kitchen and easy check-in and check out. Relatively quiet in terms of outside noise for such a central location. A neat and relatively new place - overall we had a very pleasant stay and if you want something very central, it's a great option

Cons: The small rooms' windows face the stairs and you hear quite some noise from neighbours walking up and down. The big room and living room - not. There is quite a difference in rooms in terms of space and view, just something to be aware of

Friends weekend break

Pros: The location was excellent. The host was helpful. Having a lift in the building was a bonus.

Cons: kitchen cupboards too high. Towels were very thin and rough. Could do with more glasses, teatowel and mirrors. maybe some tourist information for attractions, buses etc although the host was quick to respond to messages and very helpful.

Central & convenient

Pros: Amazing location! The wonders of Gaudi on your doorstep, just a stones throw from Sagrada Familia, with fantastic restaurants nearby.

Cons: Was a little tight for 7 of us but we were grateful to find a place that could accomodate our group and in such a great location.
