A really good choice if you want a safe place to stay in Barcelona.

Pros: It gave old Barcelona vibes, the location was super convenient.

Cons: There wasn’t anything that I really bothered me.

Nice apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment, clean and well-lit. The host was very kind and attentive to our needs. The stay went smoothly.

Cons: The rooms are a bit small, and the elevator is old and small—it can’t hold more than two people and runs slowly.

Pros: The property is centrally located with good access to transport and walkable to most of attractions. The host is very welcoming and kind. We had a comfortable stay here and will consider for our next visit.

Pros: It was in a good location and close the Metro station.

Cons: Having to pay a late arrival fee of 35€ for being half an hour late as a little excessive.

The stay was short, but great. Recommend to everybody who is coming to barcelona.

Pros: The property had great location, easy access to metro station. It was nice and clean. Veronica, the host, was so kind and helpful.

Lovly quick family stay

Pros: Enough space for a family of 4 Good location, walking distance from everything

Cons: Air conditioning in living area , didn't really cool entire room, each bedroom had plug in fans, one better than the other, even though you tent to not spend alot of time in apparment, air conditioning especially for summer heat and not all travellers been used to such hot weather, an upgrade in air con, would add to the property Apart from that, lovly apparment for family of 4

Pros: a) plenty of space for a family of 2 adults + two children: 2 bedrooms + kitchen-dining room; b) close to public transport (metro, buses); c) close to a grocery store (100 m), 500 m to Mercadona.

Cons: The elevator is old, compact (available for a maximum of 2 people).

Nice apartament at good price and fantastic location

Pros: Fantastic location in an old building with soul and character. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around. A few minutes walk to metro and commercial centre at Placa Espana. Great connection to the airport with an urban bus. Estadi Olympic 20 minutes walking. Quiet and safe sourroundings, nice neighbors, nice and communicative property manager and the same the owner. Easy access to the building and the apartament. The apartament itself is not new, but very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Heaters in the bedrooms came in handy a lot as it was a bit cold in the evening. The lift was an additional attraction, especially for children 🙂

Cons: Everything was fine, no reservations. If I had to mention anything I would say some blankets available would be a nice idea but I'm a warm liking person in general.

Lovely stay in Barcelona

Pros: Enjoyed our stay in Bareclona and Economic Fire Suite. Clean, nicely presented, comfortable size for a family of 4 with boys having separate room and beds. Everything worked and great location as easy access to the metro, shops, cafes. All made for a lovely stay.

Cons: Boys initially not keen on the lift, but got there in the end.

Pros: Good location, clean apartment. Recommended for 4 people max, quiet neighborhood.
