Wonderful, I was sad to leave.

Pros: I was shocked at how nice this accomodation was. The pictures don't do it justice. Clean, full of amenities, a beautiful view, and all of the kitchen supplies were of very high quality. It's also much prettier inside than the pictures show, it looks a bit bland from the photos!

Cons: The stairs is beyond dangerous, and I was on the top floor, so it was extra tiring. I am quite fit so it was okay, but I had to throw my suitcase down the stairs, as the stairs was too small, windy, and long to carry it down. However, I learnt that this is normal for that area. Also, it was slightly chilly because the balcony windows are single plane glass.

Pros: Perfect location. Very well equipped. Very clean, comfortable bed. Was staying with a child and it was a great stay

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: Good location for tourists, within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The shower head was constantly dripping. I also felt the cleanliness could be improved; the light switches, door handles, and cabinets were a bit dirty, and there was dust and grime in the corners of the floor.

Nice place in a perfect central location in Barcelona. Just watch out the very small stairs ;-)

Pros: Location, nice flat, all needed and pure typical BCN place with a nice rooftop to enjoy the area. Perfect to naigvate in Barcelona.

Cons: No answer to my requests about missing furniture, not even a yes no or something

Pros: In the heart of El Born, neighborhood is a bit noisy, but the provided earplugs made it a pleasure during the night. All the El Born and Barrio Gotico sights are in walking distance. Even the Sagrada Familia is fairly close. The apartment is very well equipped and really comfortable. More amenities than I could ever use or need. And lots of pillows!

Cons: The entrance is rather small, and the spiral staircase is steep and narrow, but it's just part of the experience staying in a historic town. It was not a problem for me, but it might be a problem for someone who is less fit

Excellent location, clean property and attentive customer service.

Pros: Perfect location to explore the city and for day trips to Tibidabo. Close the Estacio De Franca station and Barcelonetta Metro. Ease of access to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, gift shops etc. Over all very good, would recommend.

Cons: One of two downside was the spiral stairs, although we did get used to it after couple days. The noise levels goes up considerably in the evenings till late night, thats due to the bars nearby. It wasn't a deal breaker relative to all the other positives on offer.

Pros: Spacious well-equipped very clean apartment with a comfy bed in a fantastic central location.

Cons: The door to the building, and the narrow spiral staircase to get into the apartment, are quite a challenge for a tall person (like me). The shower cubicle was the smallest I've ever used (and is really just badly designed). Despite being well-equipped and in quite good condition, soon it could be about time for an overhaul.

Pros: The apartment was clean and cute with 2 balconies. I appreciate water filter and REN toiletries. The location was great for us, as we wanted to be in El Born area. However, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful rest in the night, the location is not for you. It's very noisy and you'll have to sleep with earplugs, but we enjoyed the night buzz of Barcelona.

Cons: The staircase is a killer, unless you are very slim and travel with a backpack. I have a problem with my knee and I had a big suitcase, to bring the suitcase upstairs was an absolute struggle. Me and my friend had to divide all the belongings into smaller bags and go up and down few times. I have reached out to Numa apartments at least 3 times to request a lower floor, but they were not very helpful and told me the system does allocations automatically. Why can't you manually change the allocation? We got an apartment on the 3rd floor and I have asked to move to lower when it becomes available, but no one got back to me. Also, I requested a sofa bed, but the customer agents told me all the apartments have only a sofa. We discovered next day by accident that the sofa was actually a sofa bed, quite big and comfortable. It would be good to inform the staff about all the facilities. I sympathise people who were staying on the 5th floor... I hope one day the company will knock the staircase and build a lift, it will be a game changer. Or at least have someone on site to help guests with the luggage during check-ins and check-outs.
