Pros: The apartment is very well located. I was in Barcelona for a few days for work and the apartment is well placed for restaurants, cafes and early morning runs along the coast. Host was great with very good and quick communication.

Cons: Sauberkeit der Fugen in der Dusche, Badezimmer allgemein sehr klein (aber normal in Barcelona bzw. Spanien)

Pros: Posizione ottima nel bellissimo quartiere El Born. Check in semplicissimo con codice. Ottimo supporto dallo staff dell'appartamento tramite app Booking. Foto e descrizione su Booking dell'appartamento corrispondente alla realtà. Appartamento pulito, spazioso, al quarto piano, ben arredato (sebbene si comincino a vedere i primi piccoli segni di usura, ad esempio le macchie scure nell'armadio o alcune macchie sul divano), cucina funzionante, due piccoli balconi dove potersi rilassare all'aria aperta, letto comodo, bagno piccolo ma sufficientemente comodo.

Cons: Soprattutto in considerazione del prezzo molto alto (circa 250 euro a notte) , migliorerei due cose: - l'insonorizzazione: in un quartiere molto rumoroso a causa della movida fino a tarda notte sarebbe necessario insonorizzare meglio l'appartamento (sono stato in appartamenti meglio insonorizzati. Consiglio di munirsi di tappi per le orecchie se avete il sonno leggero) - le tende oscuranti lasciano passare molta luce sui lati (munitevi di mascherina sugli occhi se avete il sonno leggero)

Perfect location, clean, friendly staff & great communication

Pros: - Email communication was quick and smooth. Very helpful and kind staff. - Location was PERFECT if you want to be central, safe and very comfortable. - Very clean, fairly small but very comfortable for one family (mom + 2 teenage kids). - A beach parcel was provided so you can save at least 10-15 euros for rental. - Large (stand alone) ironing board was provided as many hotels don’t. - Will definitely look up next time!

Cons: One set of towels weren’t enough. At least 2 sets for 4 nights will be better. It was on the expensive side, double compared to Madrid. Wifi a little weak

Superverblijf in ontzettend leuk deel van Barcelona, top!

Pros: Fijn apartement, mooi ingericht in een superleuke wijk genaamd El Born. In de nacht hoorde je wel mensen op straat, dat wel maar verder heeft de locatie en accommodatie zeker aan onze verwachtingen voldaan. Superaardige host die alles regelde, top!

Cons: Het lawaai op straat viel tegen maar goed dat had ik kunnen verwachten in het centrum van Barcelona.
