Pros: Spacious apartment, very close to a metro & tram station, but also at a walking distance to the city center. It was very well equipped (kitchen & bath supplies, 2 tvs, 1 a/c, free wi-fi, etc.). The sofa bed is very comfortable. It was also very helpful to us that we could check in earlier, because we arrived early in the morning. Communication with the hosts was very good via Booking & WhatsApp. The apartment is at a semi-floor (level between the entrance & the 1st floor).... so just a few steps to access it. Safe neighbourhood. There are 2-3 markets around in case you need to buy sth.

Cons: Apartment's soundproofing is low... we could hear everything that was happening at the building's entrance. Sometimes was annoying. Also, there isn't any physical light in it. There are windows, but they are usefull only for ventilation (it is an inner apartment). We knew about it, but still this is one of its few minus.
