Un séjour confortable en toute sécurité.

Pros: Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement. Le bâtiment est sécurisé, il y a un concierge très aimable et des ascenseurs. L'appartement dispose de deux belles chambres, 2 salles de douche et un dressing en plus des nombreux rangements dans les chambres. La terrasse est intime et pas de vis à vis en face. Dans la cuisine, il y a les bases pour cuisiner. Dans le salon, il y a une grande smart Tv et l'internet fonctionne parfaitement. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, entourés de tous les voisins comme le veut la vie barcelonaise. Autour, il y a beaucoup de commerces, de restaurants, et nous n'étions pas très loin des zones à visiter.

I highly recommend if you wanna stay in Bcn far from tourists and in a comfy apartment. Kitchen to cook even a entire me

Pros: Very comfy, beds are big and not too soft not too hard, it was perfect. Location tbh is good if you like to walk or taking the bus, because if you need the subway is not too close, like 15min walking. Owner is very accessible, we had a issue with the one of shower, didn’t have any water running, just drops, and he helped sending maintenance guy to try to repair. It wasn’t totally fixed but at least some warm water was coming out from the shower. Kitchen was good, just have a expresso machine to make some coffee, no filter to brew. The wifi is super fast, smart tv, a rack to hang clothes. Windows facing back so no sound from the street which was amazing.

Cons: Bathrooms without natural light and poor lighting in the closets.
