Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious. The staff was really kind, we left the suitcases at the reception because we landed in BCN earlier, so that was really great. The location is good, u can see the tower of Sagrada out of the window and balcony, it is just 5 min walk away.
Cons: In the apartment was so cold, the bathroom was really cold, we tried to worm the space with air conditioning but we were not so successful :( And there was not enough toilet paper for our 4 day stay and also just one bag for trashes and that one was scratched at the bottom even though it was empty, we needed to buy it, and than left it there because we didn't have enough space in suitcases, so that is not ok I think, it's basics, hope cleaning service left it there for others behind us. Also it would be great to have more occupied kitchen, the pan for eggs in the morning is horrible, everything sticks no matter how u try to cook on it.

Pros: - Really great location: 20-min walks to Sagrada Família and Casa Batlló. - Well-furnished rooms and living room: providing all kitchen facilities and grounded coffee, lovely. - Fabulous view of Sagrada Família from the balcony.
Cons: The hot water heater is for two and hardly for four.

Pros: According to me the location was excellent. The apartment was great: the size, amenities. It really met my expectations.
Cons: Noise from the equipment outside, which could be heard in the apartment.

Pros: Very good location. Two metro lines in few minutes walking. Food stores in just few steps. Kitchen was well equipped.
Cons: There was not enough heating. Just two air conditioner made some warm but not enogh for all rooms. So in the bed rooms and bath rooms was cold. When we arrived temperature was around 12-15 celsius.

Lovely location, very spacious apartment, good value for money for Barcelona
Pros: Good location, very spacious flat, 2 bathrooms is a great bonus for our family of 4. 7 minutes walk from Sagrada and 25min from Gothic Quarter.
Cons: The heating system could be better on winter cold days, as only relied on the aircon heaters. But that was not a problem as the apartment got warmer the more we used the A/C units, over the time. I just think is not economic I guess as we had to run them constantly at 25 degrees to keep the bedrooms warmish.

Lovely spacious apartment, great stay.
Pros: The apartment was very clean and equipped. We were lucky to be given 3 bedrooms so our teenagers didn’t have to share. The office were very helpful and responsive to any questions. Getting into the apartment was a smooth process.
Cons: We had 5 night stay and extra towel each would have been good. Some noise from neighbouring rooms in the building but were quiet when it got late. The apartment is about 20/25 minutes walk to Gothic centre.

Pros: I like the location and cleanness of the accommodation
Cons: some very minor points can be improved, for example, some basic things like a bottle of water in the fridge on the fist day; a box of tissue, a few tea bags ,;,, won't cost the company but feels the guests are well respected .

Pleasant stay
Pros: Good location in the Eixample area, close to cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and well organised, showers were good and the beds were comfortable. The check-in process was simple, but a €300 deposit should be paid in their office (it’s near the apartment). Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
Cons: The stay was negatively affected by the noises from the upstairs neighbour, even though there is a quiet-hours notice. The lift is old, extremely slow, and honestly felt unsafe. Because of the long waiting times, we often had to use the stairs (considering my in-laws, an elderly couple). There are far too many apartments for such a poor lift, which made daily movement in the building frustrating.
