Spirit of Queen experience

Pros: This was my second stay here and once again it was a fantastic experience. I honestly don’t understand some of the complaints, as everything that needed attention was handled quickly and professionally. The location in the mountains is exactly what makes this place unique and beautiful. It’s peaceful, full of nature, and has a very special atmosphere. For me, it feels like a second home in Europe. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: I was truly delighted with the warm, attentive service. Everything was spotless—very clean, well kept, and you can feel the care in every detail. It’s worth noting that because the property is located inside Collserola Natural Park, getting there can be a bit challenging: you access it via a dirt road, which can feel like a little adventure. But it’s absolutely worth it—you just need to be prepared and understand that you’re staying in the park, surrounded by nature. The house sits high up and the views are breathtaking: all of Barcelona, the sea, and even Montserrat. They also offer an amazing wine service. I love quality wines, and they have excellent reserve bottles (including their own), which made the experience even more special. I’m sure it must be incredible in summer, especially with the huge saltwater pool. I really hope I can plan another trip to Barcelona and come back with more time—ideally in summer—to enjoy this place even more.

Relaxing, beautiful accommodations with an amazing view

Pros: the outdoor area with the pool was really pleasant to sit by and relax. The bedroom was comfortable and clean with both a shower and a bath. The house is situated in such a nice relaxing place, we really loved it here!

Cons: it’s hard to say what we didn’t like but if there was one thing, the road to get to the house gets a little dangerous, lots of uneven ground and pothole but that’s it, everything else is great!

Pros: Loved the friendly staff and incredible setting. They also let me work from the terrace after checkout time which was amazing! Would 100% return.

Pros: The room eventually given to us by the manager was beautifully designed, with a charming medieval inspired interior. On top of that, the view from the Aya Hotel’s location is truly breathtaking. The breakfast completed the experience, lovingly prepared by a very sweet woman. She and the rest of the staffmembers made my fiancé and me feel completely at ease and comfortable, which contributed to an excellent experience in Barcelona. Thank you, Aya Hotel, for giving us a memory we will truly cherish!
