Apartment had everything we needed! Great!
Pros: The apartment was very clean! The furniture seemed to be completely new. It seems that the host has taken into account the feedback from older reviews and bought new furniture where it was needed. Cool! Additionally, the apartment had everything we needed for cooking. There even was a coffee machine we could use. Furthermore, there was a washing machine in the bathroom and a hairdryer. Mili, the girl who welcomed us, was very kind and gave us some really helpful tips for our stay in Barcelona. 😊 We can definitely recommend the apartment!
Cons: Like others already mentioned in their reviews, the stairs are quite an adventure. This was no issue for us and should not be for most people, but especially for older people or people with disabilities this could be an issue. Maybe also if you have big suitcases it could be a problem to get them upstairs. Additionally, the windows are not that soundproof, so if you have difficulties to sleep with the sound of motorbikes in the background, you should definitely bring some earplugs with you. Also the drains in the bathroom smell sometimes (which I think is normal for older buildings), so you may need to open the windows from time to time to get some fresh air into the room. Maybe important for fresh couples: The door to the bathroom is only a sliding glass door, where you can see and hear almost everthing through. I have no idea, why hotels or tourist apartments think, that glass doors are a good idea 😅

Great place, great value for the money- clean room with lots of space.
Pros: Nice place, spacious and clean. Quiet and private and in a good location. Very nice people!
Cons: The stairs were a bit sketchy. Not having a landing and coming out straight onto stairs was a bit scary.

Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
Pros: Fijne locatie in een oude wijk van Barcelona. En veel mogelijkheden voor het openbaar vervoer. Trap vond ik zelf erg meevallen, ben je eenmaal binnen, dan tref je een net en ruimt appartement aan. De trap hoort denk ik bij dit soort typische Barcelona woningen in een oude wijk. Voor een kort verblijf in Barcelona is dit een prima appartement.
Cons: Douche gordijn mag vervangen worden. Het oogt niet fris al de vlekken aan de onderkant Vervanging van de jaloezieën zodat er voldoende verduistering is Schuifdeur van glas in de badkamer mag ook vervangen worden. Deze is ontzettend stroef. Als je met zijn tweeën bent en je wilt privacy als je op de wc zit is het fijn dat de schuifdeur makkelijk heen en weer kan. Nu zit het vast.

Pros: Чистота в приміщенні, зручне ліжко, укомплектованість, тиша. Доступність транспорту. Добра підтримка агенції.
Cons: На мій погляд для повноцінного сна невистачає штори на другому вікні в кімнаті - від вуличного ліхтаря та машин трохи підсвічується кімната.

Appartement sympa et pratique pour visiter la ville, mais très cher pour un quartier vétuste.
Pros: Nous avons adoré la vue sur la ville, la mer, la Sagrada Familia. La proximité avec 3 lignes de bus reliant le quartier au centre-ville. La présence de commerces de proximité comme une pharmacie, une boulangerie, etc. Et également la qualité de la literie, l'équipement de la cuisine, la mise à disposition de tout le nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle et prendre soin de soi.
Cons: Nous avons moins aimé l'escalier et la porte d'entrée assez dangereuse, le bruit infernal dans la rue le matin (grilles de fer, motos, camions poubelles...), le manque d'insonorisation vraiment dérangeant, l'absence de porte à la salle de bain (une porte coulissante devant les toilettes mais qui se rouvre toute seule et fait beaucoup de bruit), l'odeur d'humidité permanente dans la logement. Le prix est également très élevé. La connexion Wifi décrite dans l'annonce n'existait pas, et on captait très mal dans le quartier.
