Well furnished apartment near Arc De Trimof

Pros: The location was very good. Near to Metro and supermarkets if you would like to cook at the apartment. 2 restaurants and 2 pharmacies just below the apartment. 2 bathrooms are very rare in Barcelona. Apartment is larger than most

Cons: The apartments at the lower floors can be quite noisy due to foot traffic and restaurants downstairs. Smokers on the streets make it hard to open windows for fresh air if you are on lower floors. I stayed on the 1st floor.

Excellent accommodation in a great location

Pros: We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was perfect. Each room has its own bathroom and this provides exceptional comfort. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable and our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect, plenty of places to visit are within walking distance from the accommodation which is superbly positioned. Overall, great.

Perfect stay!

Pros: This was without exaggeration one of the most comfortable apartments in Barcelona we have stayed in. It is very clean and spacious, with high quality equipment and furniture, comfortable bed and nice kitchen. The water boiler was powerful enough, as we did not experience any hot water shortages like in some other apartments in Spain. The location is very convenient for reaching El Born, Barrio Gothic, Placa Catalunya and Design Museum. Also Sagrada Famiglia was easily reachable by foot, but we did not visit it this time. Special mention belongs to the personnel - we have not happened to meet any of the staff members, but they were reachable at any time and on any issue, and were always helpful.

Cons: Our apartment had a balcony overlooking the large courtyard, not the best view, but a good trade-off in terms of the noise. As the street outside is quite busy, we can imagine that the street facing apartments can be noisy. Our apartment was very quiet.

Pros: Very central location. Great for what we needed with 2 young children. Communication beforehand was very helpful and they answered every question I had.

Cons: Main bed wasn’t very big. But not a major issue for us.

Pros: We are very happy with the apartment! We stayed 5 days in Barcelona, and we could get everywhere within walking distance (only took one bus to Park Güell - the bus stop was just 1 min from the apartment). Location was just perfect! The apartment was very clean, and we had everything we needed. We travelled with a 3-year-old child, and the hosts provided a high chair and a bed, which was really nice. If I ever go back to Barcelona, I will definitely choose Aspasios again.

Pros: Localization and standard of the apartments was great :) it was just above a metro station and a 25 minute walk from the sea. The apartament was very clean with a great view. We had few questions before our stay and the guest service team was kind, helpful and replied very fast to our messages :)

Overall nice stay.

Pros: Spacy flat, equipped with basic stuff for a comfortable stay

Cons: The double beds are very small, it is not comfortable for 2 people even if spouses

Really recommend, especially if you have a family

Pros: Very spacious, great location, v clean, kitchen and cleaning products provided were great and better than most apartments. (Provided dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, kitchen roll)

Cons: Minor mould in shower, didn’t bother us.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Pros: Spacious and beautiful apartment, well equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, hair dryer etc. available. Elevator and bag storage were very convenient.

Good location, very comfortable & clean

Pros: Clear Instructions on key collection. Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with great kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and lounge area. A great Spanish restaurant just downstairs, and maybe 20min walk to Ramblas. Highly recommend.
