Great Stay

Pros: It was a nice house. Nice view. Sufficient hot water.

Cons: It wasn't as clean as expected, especially the toilet room downstairs, the floors were very sandy

Good place for family

Pros: The location is good. Close to beach for children to play, close to numerous supermarket which open late at night. Close to large shopping mall. Close to really good restaurant at seaside(you can simply find it in Google map, both are really delicious,) all of the above are walking distance. So you can satisfy different need for members in the family. big enough for large family. Good kitchen, washer and dryer. Balcony of both floor has nice view. There periodic low frequent background noice probably from water tank pump at main bedroom, but my boys can still sleep really good, probably they are tired enough. No regret in picking the place.

Cons: Need to travel a little bit longer from airport than central region by public transport. May be 15mins more? But you can take the taxi or Uber.

Pros: Our stay at CanelA Homes Barcelona Beach was very good and met all our expectations. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to the beach and well connected to the rest of the city, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again!

Great place for a Summer visit

Pros: Electronic key made easy access for anyone in the group. Balcony was great although cold in winter Beds were comfortable Not much road noise as it was at the top of the building Heating worked well A parking space underneath A 10 minute walk towards Selva de Mar Metro station with cafe and Supermarket on the way. A 5 minute walk across the roads to the beach promenade Kitchen was fine with a small bag of washing up liquid etc.

Cons: One of the sinks was blocked when we arrived. This was fixed though. Showers were either very hot or very cold. This was the same for another appartment for others in the family though so might be common in Barcelona The exit shutter door to the car park failed and we had to take the Metro with 2 elderly people. It did get fixed though by a resident also trying to access. No salt pepper or anything so have to buy essentials when you arrive. Would be an inexpensive nice touch.

Pros: Meille tämä oli hyvällä sijainnilla, läheinen kongressikeskus on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Lähellä on myös Diagonal Mar -ostoskeskus. Keskustaan pääsee näppärästi taksilla tai raitiovaunulla. Meillä oli neljän hengen seurue, jokaisella oli oma makuuhuone. Kaikki asunnossa toimi. Nettisivun kautta toimiva lukkojen avaus oli tosi näppärä.

Cons: Epäsiistin näköinen ja kiinni ruuvattu oleskelutilan lasiovi parvekkeelle.

Un séjour parfait dans un appartement spacieux, bien équipé et idéalement situé !

Pros: Nous avons tout aimé dans cet appartement ! L’emplacement est idéal, avec le métro à proximité, un centre commercial à 10 minutes à pied et un quartier calme. L’appartement est spacieux et bien insonorisé, notamment les chambres à l’étage. La suite parentale est vraiment top, avec sa salle de bain privée et sa terrasse. Côté praticité, nous avons apprécié le système d’ouverture des portes via un lien, très pratique quand on est plusieurs. Chaque chambre dispose d’un placard, ce qui est un vrai plus. L’appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et inclut un parking, ce qui est rare et très appréciable. Rien à redire, tout était parfait !

Cons: Honnêtement, rien à redire, tout était très bien ! L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, bien situé et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sans rencontrer le moindre problème.

Прекрасное времяпровождение в Барселоне с семьей

Pros: Отличное местоположение в тихом районе. Близко к пляжу и хорошим ресторанам. Очень удобный вход в подъезд и квартиру с помощью электронного ключа прямо с телефона. Хозяин был очень любезен, быстро отвечал на все вопросы и помогал. С радостью вернёмся снова!
