Amazing location, comfortable apartment

Pros: The location was amazing, walking distantince into town.

Cons: The stairs are narrow and steep to climb with your juggage, but nothing different from what can be expected when staying in Barceloneta.

Pros: The apartment is new, clean and comfortable, 100-200 meters to the sea.

Cons: There was often a smell of sewage in the apartment, and the neighborhood where the building is located is not very good and not very clean. A narrow staircase leads to the apartment and there is no elevator.

Beautiful, clean and new apt by the beach!

Pros: Very clean and stylish. The gentleman that came to meet us at the apartment was very kind and professional. The apartment is well equipped and like new! We would definitely stay again.

Cons: May not be suitable for people that cannot climb three flights of stairs. We didn't mind.
