Pros: The apartment has a very good location also for walking (Montjuic, Placa d'Espanya) and public transport to all other location. Kitchen is very well equipped and at least 3 supermarkets there are in vicinity. The host is professional. The welcome package exceptional (bottle of sparkling wine) coffee, etc.

Very cosy appartment with a lovely terrace in a quiet neighborhood!

Pros: The host was great, we told him that we’re celebrating 30 years of marriage and he brought us champagne 🥹 The place is located very near the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very cute and cozy and for a great price compared to others we looked at. Plenty of space for a 4-person stay, one bedroom and a mountable sofa bed. The place is clean and has everything an apartment needs, and if you’re missing anything, the host will provide it.

Cons: The fact that there is a 130€ cleaning fee and a 300€ deposit that you have to pay upfront makes the initial cost much higher than you initially expect. Also, there is an extra fee of 50€ or more if you check in after 10pm.

Lindo apartamento linda ubicación

Pros: El apartamento está muy lindo, es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para 4 personas. El chico que nos hizo el check in estuvo atento a solucionarnos sobre algunas consultas que le hicimos rápidamente. Nos dejaron detergente, un kit con esponja nueva, bolsas de basura y una pastilla para un lavado en lavarropas (nos hubiera venido bien alguna más). El barrio es muy lindo, cómodo para moverse en metro sin problema por toda la ciudad.

Cons: El baño no tiene extractor, que debería tener. Igualmente no fue un problema. Es bastante ruidosa la gritería cuando se usan las canillas o la cisterna del baño. Nosotros estábamos muy cansados de andar todo el día, así que no nos afectó mucho, pero si el sueño es liviano seguro molestará.

Très bon séjour à Barcelone

Pros: Processus de check-in et check-out très simples. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et calme. La terrasse était très agréable pour profiter du soleil. L'hôte était chaleureux et toujours disponible. Ils m'ont même donné des recommendations de choses à faire dans le quartier. Merci beaucoup ! Je reviendrai !

Me sentí como en casa!

Pros: Este apartamento cumplio con todas las expectativas. Tal como se observa en las fotos y la ubicación muy buena. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de que no falte nada. 100% recomendado.

Saubere Unterkunft mit einer Zentralen Lage in der Stadt, die Toilette könnte jedoch besser sein.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, da die Wohnung in der nähe einer Hauptstraße ist.

Cons: Die Toilette ist an einem sehr schlechten Ort platziert, sodass das Verrichten des Geschäftes nicht sehr einfach ist. Man hat keine Beinfreiheit.

Céntrico y muy cómodo

Pros: Es un alojamiento muy cómodo y con las dos terrazas es espectacular. Te sientes como en casa
