Cons: Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. There were noticeable stains on the sheets, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the noise from outside was quite disruptive throughout the night, impacting my ability to rest comfortably. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that there was an additional charge of 30 EUR for a late check-in, despite this not being mentioned in the booking description. This unexpected fee was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. Lastly, when I attempted to contact the property responsible regarding the stained sheets, I did not receive a response, which was quite frustrating. I understand that running a property can present various challenges, and I believe that open communication and addressing concerns promptly can greatly enhance the guest experience. I wanted to share my feedback with you in the hopes that it will be helpful in improving the overall quality of service at Avenida Gaudi Barcelona.

Great place to explore Barcelona

Pros: Location was great- easy transport links. Seasonings for cooking and soaps for shower and dishwashing etc. were all provided - really convenient for short stays.

Cons: The apartment does not have an oven

Muy agradable para ir en familia, barrio seguro

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente pero lo solucionaron de inmediato. Tenían detalles de cortesía como dejar algo de café azúcar, detergente etc…

Cons: El baño no estaba terminado y se mojaba mucho

Our host was not informed about our check-in time but he reacted quickly and we really appreciated that.

Pros: Location. Big enough to accomodate us with flexibility since we didn’t know who would make it

Majitel nás sám kontaktoval, v kolik přiletíme, vše nám bylo perfektně vysvětleno.

Pros: Apartmán krásný a čistý, plně vybavený. Kousek od Sagrada Familia, což je i stanice metra.

Godny polecenia

Pros: Bardzo dobre położenie - blisko Sagrada i metro, spacerek do Parku Guell. Pełne wyposażenie - niczego nie brakowało. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem - miłym akcentem było powitalne wino. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego apartamentu.
