Ola Living Sagrada Familia

Great apartment for family with stunning view

Pros: Great location (2 minutes walk to metro station Sagrada Familia), absolutely amazing view from terrace, nice clean apartment, comfy beds.

Cons: There were no sponge and washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets left, no tablecloth to dry dishes ( there was only small roll of kitchen paper towels left there). So we had to buy sponge, washing up liquid and also kitchen paper towels. And also there were only 4 tiny sachets of salt left there which wasn't enough for family of 4 for four days.

Good Apartment, but Communication Needs Improvement

Pros: I really liked the location and the apartment itself—it was clean, comfortable, and the balcony view was great, with even a glimpse of the Sagrada Familia.

Cons: However, an incorrect address was provided in the messages, which led to extra taxi costs. The deposit refund was also delayed due to a system error that wasn’t identified until I followed up. Resolving these issues took extra time out of my trip, which was inconvenient.

Would be back

Pros: It was convenient and clean. It had all the basic requirements of an apartment. Love how you could go down and all the restaurants and cafes were there

Cons: At least one room should have a queen bed.

Amazing central location in Barcelona, great balcony.

Pros: The location was very central and in an amazing spot for the city. The apartment also had amazing block-out blinds allowing for a good nights sleep. The balcony was a nice addition and we could see the Sagrada Familia.

Cons: The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, tiny bit of noise from the street but that is ok as we knew about the location before we booked the property!

Pros: Location is spot on ..3 mins walk to Sagrada. The tree covered promenade leading to it is very appealing. Property as such is good, and they allowed us to check in around 1pm ,which was very helpful, so we thank them for that. They also allowed the other couple to check in a day before and did not charge us city tax as they came late in the evening a day before their actual checkin.

Cons: We have stayed in Apartments within the same cost band around the world and this seemed to lack basic supplies like toilet rolls (2 provided for 4 people for 4 days )which is still okay as we just went and bought some, no kitchen towels and 1 dishwasher and washing machine tablet for 4 days.Looks like they expect people to not use them at all. However ,the placement of the air con is in the living room and one in the hallway. None in bedrooms which made the bedrooms very hot at night at this time of the year. But the most important feedback to be noted by Ola Living is that they need to ensure pest control is done regularly as we found a cockroach in the kitchen near the fridge. It disappeared before we could catch it. I think this is important as it is a private residential building that Ola Living has some apartments. I hope this feedback is helpful to make the place much better than what it is as the location is an absolute clincher

Pros: Location was excellent. Microwave needs to be fixed.

Spacious

Pros: Was actually massive. Has nice size balcony. Three bedrooms. One smaller box room and two larger rooms including a living room area and a nice sized kitchen. It was literally a few minutes walk from the main attraction. There’s even a suitcase locker just a minute outside the property if you do want to leave anything. As on our last day we wanted to walk around and we put it in that locker. It’s online only so book it online and it will give you a code.

Cons: Only issue was the TV. Would’ve been nice to have Netflix on there or casting from phone feature. But I honestly would book again.

Amazing apartment in an amazing location! Will return again.

Pros: Excellent location the pictures don't do it's justice. The apartment is larger than we expected and staff were very helpful.

Cons: We needed help as the safe originally didn't work but a quick text and they came out straight away. There was a smell from the drains but we fixed that ourselves. Even with these points, we would definitely stay again. Very well organised, amazing location, everything you need was right there! Thank you Ola Living

Lovely!

Pros: Five of us stayed and there was plenty of room in the apartment. Location was good - we were there for the half marathon so wanted to be in walking distance of the starting point. We could walk everywhere really - anywhere that is around a 45 min walk (Adidas Brand Store for example) is about 10 mins in a taxi and they’re very cheap!! Balcony is a massive plus. There’s a lovely coffee shop just outside the apartment building (choco box?) and a nice pizzeria too! Supermarket is just a 2 min walk also.

Cons: There was a smell coming from either the toilet or shower (we think there may have been a leak). Didn’t impede our trip but may do someone else’s that spent more time in the apartment. Advised the letting agency.

Pros: Great location, clean apartment with everything you need for your stay. Perfect communication with the host.
