Pros: Great location, fantastic apartment, good check- in experience, especially early check-in.

Cons: Late standard check-in time and no facility for storing luggage. Though options are provided, this is stressful and expensive for people arriving early, from far away, and with multiple bags for a family. Also, the apartment could do with duvets for the beds, which are otherwise very comfortable. It's a shame to have to use heating overnight.

Pros: Located not too far from all the attractions, this lovely apartment ticks all the boxes in terms of comfort, facilities and great public relations with the staff.

Cons: Nothing not to like. Noise has been cited as an issue in some reviews, but I can honestly say I didn’t hear a sound. Wonderful.

Really loved this apartment, highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent location, not too far away from anything needed by walking or Metro. Also across the road from a market, which was perfect. Lots of market stalls selling fresh produce, perfect for testing out some Tapas recipes. Lift forgetting up to the fifth floor was a godsend. Loved the authentic, stylish decor and the comfort of the beds. Despite being in the centre of the city, it was very quiet and you would never have known.

Cons: There was not much to dislike at all about this property. Only things that would have made it better. These include more chairs in the main living area as were shown in the pictures. This would allow everybody to sit down as a family. Also, I would have loved to have been able to serve some Tapas and so some small ovenproof dishes would have been great.

Soggiorno meraviglioso, struttura molto confortevole

Pros: La casa è molto grande ma accogliente, ben arredata e ricca di tutti i comfort. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie e materiale di consumo. Cucina attrezzata, completa. Tutto ottimo.

Cons: Il secondo bagno è molto piccolo, e avere una doccia (invece di due vasche da bagno) sarebbe forse stato più comodo.

Pros: Great location and nice to have the market across the street. Kitchen was very well stocked.

Cons: Bedroom door handles are extremely difficult to open when doors out completely closed. Once was trapped inside and someone had to let me out from the outside.

Pros: La posizione era comoda e la zona tranquilla. Gli spazi della casa erano molto ampi e puliti. L’appartamento era attrezzato e il supporto dei proprietari è stato presente ed efficace

I would stay there again . It’s a lovely property .

Pros: The property is in the great residential area, in front of wonderful food market. The apartment is very pleasant furnished , with bohemian character. During the very hot July it was comfortable with well running AC. Walking distance to major shopping area, Gaudy’s house and many great restaurants. There are many grocery stores and gourmet stores.

Cons: The smallest bedroom does not have a/c just felling fan . It was not a problem but it be nice to have an additional a/c there. Please be aware that the neighbors are very sensitive to noice. Our group was 6 people and most of the time we were out in town. One evening we were playing cards late and we have received the phone all to reduce the noise. We were just talking . Otherwise everything was great.

Spacious, clean apartment larger than most in Barcelona!

Pros: Property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with necessities.

Cons: Our group of 6 adults were left two apartment door keys but, only one building key. This was very inconvenient because everyone had to enter building at the same time, causing some people to wait outside until the person with the building key showed up. Also, the room with 2 twin beds was extremely noisy (because of the window that faced the interior atrium of the building) with noise in the wee hours of the night when other residents of the building came and went.

This apartment is amazing, fully stocked, excellent location and super charming.

Pros: Wow, this property is huge and gorgeous. By far our favorite of the 4 we stayed in on our trip to Portugal and Spain. The location was incredible.

Cons: The third bedroom was hot, air con didn’t really co it down much.
