El balcón de Sagrada Familia

10/10 Would recommend to stay there

Pros: The apartment location was good. I would say you have to walk around much because our minimal distances were around 2 km. But it was worth it because you could see the city and different buildings and architecture around the city. Neighbours were also nice. Apartment had 3 air conditioners witch were good because for our stay it was really hot outside. Apartment was cleaned when we arrived and the host was also very friendly with us. Lastly the view at Sagrada the Familia was astonishing. We all loved our vacation.

Cons: I will just put these things here although they did not affect our stay, more likely recommendations for the host. When we arrived there were no salt but I guess it depends on people who likes or who does not like salt secondly there were no spatula for pan but that did not play big role on our stay. Thirdly there were no baking paper but we managed to use folium.

It was a fun and relaxing vacation. If we have time, we just walk to attractions and enjoy the cafe, especially the chur

Pros: Just five minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. Walking distance to most of the attractions. A lot of small pharmacies, restaurants and groceries nearby, but the best grocery is Mercadona. It’s a three-bedroom apartment, perfect for family of four. Very clean and has kitchen with utensils. Whenever I have questions I can contact Alejandro and he gets back to me within an hour.

Cons: When I arrived I did not expect its like air bnb. The gate was closed, I got confused, I thought I was scammed. But when I called Alejandro I understand what I rented. The shower water sometimes get very hot or gets cold, but it goes back to the right temperature after one minute

Pros: La vista della Sagrada Familia, l’ambiente pulito e accogliente, tranquillità dell’appartamento

Pros: L'emplacement, l'Internet, les services autour

Cons: Deuxième chambre trop petite et avons utilisé la chambre du petit lit pour nos 2 valises SURtOUT un manque de choses de base comme sel et poivre, napkins, mouchoirs, gant pour le four, pods lave-vaiselle et un peu de savon pour un lavage de même qu'un seul sac pour les ordures. Tout ceci bien géré coûterait de 10 à 15 euros. Avons laissé pas mal de choses que nous avons acheté

Pros: The central location provided us the ability to walk to many of the attractions and dining. It was wonderful being so close to the Sangrada Família. Gave us the chance to walk by in the morning before all the tourists arrived and late evening.

Very good, but a bit more attention to detail would have made it fabulous.

Pros: Great location, good AC, nice kitchen and laundry room, nice, responsive host.

Cons: A few broken things that should have been replaced and missing basics: Like the coffee maker, the scissors. Advertised as three-bedroom, but the third bedroom has no AC, and not really usable in the summer.

Great property with few caveats

Pros: Great host, awesome location, pictures true to what you find at the property

Cons: Spartan decor, bare minimum, uncomfortable sofa in living room, diner table interfering with circulation.

Pěkné ubytování pro rodinu do 4-5 osob.

Pros: Výborná lokalita kousek ode všech památek, vše na dochozí vzdálenost ;-). Skvělý pan hostitel, předání klíčů i vysvětlení věcí, popis okolí, předání mapky i s tipy na výlety, prostě super ;-). Vybavení včetně kávovaru atd., prostě super. Jelikož je to bytový dům, tak jsou slyšet občas sousedi. A tedy je slyšet i k sousedům. Pro nás z domku to byla změna, ale kdo bydlí v paneláku, tak bude zvyklý a určitě v pohodě ;-) Byli upozorněni, že hluk po 22h není přípustný z důvodu stížností sousedů, takže opravdu jen pro klidný pobyt, což je přesně pro normální rodinu a rodinný pobyt - ne pařby ;-).

Cómodo apartamento en excelente ubicación

Pros: Alojamiento muy cómodo y bien ubicado, a 150 metros de la Sagrada Familia y de la estación de metro frente a ella. Qué además te reciba una persona física tan amable cómo Alejandro es un plus adicional. Pasamos unos días muy gratificantes en Barcelona!! Negativo no se me ocurre ningún aspecto del apartamento sólo cuidar mucho sus pertenencias en Barcelona ya qué sufrimos el hurto de una cartera.
