Great for staying if you tolerate bad smell
Pros: The location is perfect, the double bed in the bedroom and the single bed next to the living room are very comfortable. Generally there's enough space for 4 or even 5 people but 4th and 5th will have to use the sofa. Equipment pov there's all what you need including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, also air conditioning was working perfectly.
Cons: The bad smell in the toilet was the most annoying part - the building vent stack must have some issues as having the vent window open in the toilet makes the situation even worse. Then in the staircase half of my stay it smelled literally like dog shit was there - fortunately that smell was not anymore felt in the apartment. The towels and bed linen deserve to be fully replaced, they felt washed/refreshed but still they had some spots on them. The toilet is small, and there is no space to fit the toiletries of 4 people. There is no closet. Nothing where you can close your clothes in. There are some bookshelves only. There's no window in the bedroom - technically it is but only to the vent stack.

Comodidad en una ubicación ideal!
Pros: Excelente apartamento, espacioso, bien equipado, situación ideal y tranquila. Limpio y cómodo. Y lo mejor, el trato del anfitrión, manteniendo el contacto y siempre preocupado por la comodidad y bienestar del cliente. Conmigo han ganado un cliente. Enhorabuena por el servicio.
Cons: En mi caso no ha habido nada negativo.

Aappartement sympa dans un super quartier
Pros: Le vrai plus de cet appartement c'est sa situation dans le super quartier de Sant Antoni, j'adore ce quartier avec son superbe marché, ses nombreux bars et restaurants et son ambiance locale sans trop de touristes. De nombreux supermarchés autour pour faire des courses. L'appartement est dans un très bel immeuble ancien, grand appartement à la distribution assez atypique mais plutôt confortable, literie agréable, TV connectée, cuisine avec de quoi cuisiner, parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours. Alejandro qui nous a remis les clefs était très sympathique et les échanges sur whats'app avec Suitur obtiennent une réponse très rapide.
Cons: L'appartement manque de déco et de personnalisation ce qui le rend un peu froid d'autant qu'il est assez sombre car seules les fenêtres du séjour donnent sur l'extérieur. On entend aussi pas mal les voisins qui heureusement se couchent pas trop tard.

Pros: Muy buen departamento, agradable, limpio, bien iluminado. Muy bien ubicado, en un lugar cerca de Plaza Catalunia. Bien conectado. Estuve 7 dias y la pase muy bien. Muy bien atendido por Alejandro y Paulina que responfieron siempre con mucha amabilidad a mis consultas.
Cons: El duchador que aunque pierde un poco, funciona bien. Detalle muy menor.

Wonderful place to stay in, will definitely come back.
Pros: Location was amazing, very good transport and walking connection to Barcelona's city center and amenities, everything was all right, the property was fully equipped with everything you may need and conveniently located near the number of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. We are not newbies, have previously visited Barcelona on a number of occasions, can hardly remember such a lovely place to stay in the city center.
Cons: Everything was all right, no issues at all.

Pros: I made a bit of a mess with booking, so I needed to tweak it slightly by adding another day and a couple of additional persons. They were accommodating and didn't complicate things at all.

Un gran lugar para hospedarse.
Pros: Estaba muy bien ubicada. Todo cerca. Metro, mercados, casco histórico, no es céntrico pero bastante transitado. A 20 min caminando de plaza catalunya. El dpto era amplio y cómodo. Tenía todo lo funcional para cocinar y el hecho de tener lavarropa es un plus! La atención de Alejandro fue de excelencia!
Cons: El baño tenía un poco de olor a cloaca. Pero al parecer el algo común en los edificios de la ciudad.
