Nice apartment for a city break

Pros: Nice and clean apartment in an excellent location for exploring the city and the local food scene.

Cons: Noise coming from patrons around the local bars on some nights was occasionally annoying, but you would expect some noise in a city apartment.

Spacious Joanic apartment with opportunities to explore

Pros: As advertised it was sunny the moment we walked in. It was very spacious and allowed separate rooms for us and the kids, both on double beds. The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift available. The apartment is located in the hub of the Joanic area right outside the metro. We were able to walk to most of the Gaudi attractions, with Parc Guell being nearest. Had a couple of issues with hot water which the owner communicated up front about, and fixed the next day. The owner was also quick to deal with the cigarette smell (most likely another guest) in one of the rooms and replaced the iron promptly. We had a functioning washing machine and clothes horses to get through a lot of the washing during our extended holiday.

Cons: The cigarette smell in the house is a no-no and needs to be checked before guests check-in. Same with the dishes - as there was no dishwasher the dishes mostly had some stains. The kitchen was spacious, however there was nothing in terms of condiments, not even any coffee sachets.

Confortevole e comodissimo

Pros: Posizione super. A Gracia, un quartiere delizioso per passeggiare, mangiare e bere qualcosa. A venti minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada Familia e a tre minuti dalla metro linea gialla. Davanti a casa un parco giochi, perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini e due supermercati a tre e due minuti. Alla fine della strada c'è il mercato coperto della Libertat (dove consiglio di mangiare e fare la spesa). Letti comodi e le due camere perfette per coppia con bambino. La cucina piccina ma funzionale e ottima la doccia Proprietari disponibili e attenti a tutto. Ci hanno lasciato per un late checkout visto che non avevano arrivi, una comodità immensa!

Cons: La camera da sulla strada quindi si sente il rumore delle persone la notte (portate i tappi)..ma lo segnalo solo per renderlo noto, a noi non ha dato fastidio

Small apartment in an amazing location!!

Pros: The location of this apartment is amazing!! In Gracia neighborhood, across the street from a plaza with a playground and the Joànic metro stop.

Cons: The apartment itself is cozy and minimalist. The kitchen was not super well appointed and pretty small but functional enough. The building is pretty old. Luckily there is an elevator.

Pros: Ubytování bylo čisté. Na výborném místě blízko stanice metra. Pohodlné ubytování je pro 4. Ale pro 6 lidí, pro které nám jej pronajali bylo stísněné a hlavně nedostatečné bylo spaní - páté na kratší pohovce a šesté na nafukování posteli, která byla velmi nestabilní.

Ist super und würde ich weiterempfehlen👍

Pros: Das Apartment ist groß und sehr schön renoviert. Der Balkon ist auch super vor allem wenn man Raucher ist. Wir haben 2 Schlüssel bekommen und es gibt auch einen Aufzug. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar, wenn man irgendwas braucht. Wir hatten Komplikationen mit dem Check in und check out aber der Vermieter hat uns da auch weitergeholfen.

Cons: Schade war, dass der Ventilator im kleinen Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat und dadurch war es in diesem Zimmer extrem heiß. Und die Klimaanlage war okay aber nicht die stärkste. Und leider gabs auch kein Ofen, was jetzt nicht unbedingt schlimm ist.

Ottima esperienza

Pros: Appartamento locato in ottima posizione ( metro joanic di fronte, supermercati, locali), pulito, climatizzato, dotato di elettrodomestici ( lavatrice, ferro da stiro, macchina da caffè nespresso, microonde) . Ottima esperienza, consigliato

Cons: Quartiere rumoroso, portate tappi per le orecchie Come in tutta barcellona non si trova parcheggio libero ma solo a pagamento

Pros: La localisation : la ligne 4 en bas de l'immeuble est super pratique. A quelques minutes de la Plaça del sol où on apprécié les bars. L'immeuble calme. Le soleil (même si en été cela doit être moins agréable).

Cons: Il manque quelques équipements pour cuisiner quand on y passe une semaine.
