Pros: Location is good. Comunication with the owner was great. We enjoed staying in the apartment.

Pros: Close to the Barcelona downtown, restaurants and groceries. There is an elevator in the building which is good as the apartment is on the 5th floor.

Cons: It is impossible to sleep with opened windows as there is always street noise. The bed in the bedroom is good. But the additional bed is not so comfortable.

Nice place at a great location. I loved the neighborhood. Totally recommend.

Pros: It has Great location close to public transport, bars, restaurants and supermarket. It was easy to check in.

Cons: Multiple reminders on the house rules. I didn’t like the paint over the bed because it’s not comfortable to lean at the wall and I was stressed it may fall on me while sleeping.

It was an excellent stay and I would recommend the appartment for short and long stays.

Pros: The apartment is located in a nice area with easy access and connection to the main touristic facilities. The host staff was very kind and willing to accommodate our request especially in relation to our late arrival.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Gli host sono stati sempre disponibili e cortesi, con comunicazione rapida e precisa. La casa è ampia, luminosa grazie alla doppia esposizione, in uno stabile un po’ datato ma ben tenuto, ordinato e soprattutto molto pulito. La zona è tranquilla e ben servita, con tutto ciò che serve nelle vicinanze, e non è troppo distante dalla Pedrera (circa 10 minuti a piedi), quindi comoda anche per visitare la città. Ottime la cucina, ben attrezzata, e la pulizia generale. Nota davvero apprezzatissima: la presenza del bidet in bagno, raro da trovare all’estero ma per noi praticamente indispensabile. Unico punto negativo: il divano letto. Il materasso è molto scomodo e la struttura risulta instabile e rumorosa; sarebbe davvero da sostituire per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Nel complesso, soluzione consigliata, soprattutto per chi cerca spazio, tranquillità e una posizione comoda.

Pros: Komunikacija sa domaćinom od početka do kraja je bila perfektna. Devojka koja nas je dočekala bila je izuzetno ljubazna, potrudila se da nam da sve informacije, i bila je dostupna sve vreme.

Pros: Sehr gute Unterkunft in guter Stadtlage in Barcelona.

Cons: Im Haus waren Bauarbeiten zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes.

Pros: エレベーターがあるので、とても便利。 近くにレストランやスーパーもあり、また室内も必要なものは全て揃っていて夜は静かでゆっくり過ごすことができました。 また鍵がうまく開かず、初日にトラブルになりましたが、すぐにWhatsAppで対処してくれました。

Cons: 朝9時には近所の工事が始まるのでうるさいが、観光に出てしまったので問題はなかったが、そのことを事前に聞いていなかった。 セイフティーボックスが壊れていて使えなかった。 シャワーが狭かった。
