Great

Pros: Modern, clean, spacious, close to the Metro station. Very easy to check-in/ check-out. Friendly staff.

Pros: Everything was perfect. It had all the necessities and was clean and comfortable.

Pros: I think the apartment was well maintained and peaceful .. the staffs are very prompt in answering your query and any issues that you face they will try their best to support

Cons: False fire alarms twice in my 3 weeks stay in the middle of the night And new occupants mistakenly opening my door in the middle of the night

A very modern, clean, and well equipped apartment. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: The apartment is very modern , very well equipped (there is even a toaster!), and spotlessly clean. It is only a few minutes walk to the metro and very easy to get to and from the airport or the centre of the city. It felt very secure. There was not too much noise from other guests (except the first night when someone above occasionally sounded as if they were dragging furniture around until around 2 in the morning: why do people do that?? So antisocial and thoughtless). All in all, I will certainly consider staying again.

Cons: There is an electronic system to enter the apartment via a site on my mobile. I couldn't make this work at first (my mobile kept telling me I was a long way from the apartment!). It took several minutes before I could get someone to ring me and sort it out. It might be an idea to put a short video on the site showing someone using it that can be seen in advance (especially for older non tech types like me..). Also, there was a fire alarm at around midnight on one night. This in itself is no criticism, but while waiting outside another guest told me the same thing happened the week before,; so perhaps the system is faulty or over sensitive (?).

Pros: Incredible apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not so far away from metro and there are laundry and supermarkets on the same street.

Pros: Nice apartment a bit far from the centrenbit with good means of transportation. I would recommend to rent a car though.

Pros: I searched a lot in different websites, finally I was happy to find this property. Quietness, cleanness, bathroom and hot water, white clean bed sheets, two large food markets just in 100m, many local shops around, and staff answers the messages immediately.

Cons: For opening building and apartment's doors having internet connection is essential to tap on the link in application. In the instruction for example has mentioned the bell NO. 12, but in fact it means 1 (and) 2. Fortunately there was phone number, I called and they help me patiently :)

The location was perfect for our needs, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. the host made everything very easy with clear instructions. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we would definitely stay here again!

Nice and comfy apartment value for money!

Pros: There are 3 metro stations located nearly within walking distance. The whole building was recently newly renovated, nicely designed, providing everything you need. There are multiple supermarkets nearby, easy to get whatever for your daily needs.

Cons: The location is bit far away from the city center of Barcelona, but you can easily travel to it by metro.
