Pros: We were there early morning and the check in time was from 15:00 but the staff there was so helpful. We were able to check in at 11:00 as the client from the apartment also checked out early. The apartment was clean. Overall the experience was very good! Loved the staffs.

Pros: The location was great. Only few minutes to bus/ metro station. Shopping centre opposite. Montserrat at the reception was very kind and helpful. We even got an upgrade - room with very large terrace, which was sweet. We didn't spend much time there though as we were wandering through the city everyday. The kitchen area had fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, cups and glasses and we had a washing machine. Also new washing set (sponge, cloth, washing up liquid, bin bag), soap in the bathroom and also in the shower. Towels have been changed during our 4 nights stay. Room has been cleaned on daily basis. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

Cons: The glass in the shower was shorter, so we had to be careful as the water was leaking out.

Excellent stay

Pros: It was very clean, big space and had a lovely view outside the room. Easy transport access to metro and bus making it easier to travel to central. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Pros: Well located, clean, comfortable and customer friendly place, an easy access to public transportation, nice restaurants in the area. Generally very good value for money.

Great room, good location but very poor service

Pros: Easy to get to the building by metro ( few stations from the airport and then few others to city center). It's easy to get the keys even if arrive at night. Room was very big, having a bedroom and a living room. Bathroom was clean and equipped with everything you need. It was clean.

Cons: The lights in the bedroom and few others didn't work when we arrived. It was hard to see and we had to keep the bathroom door open... It was late Friday but we called announced hoping they will come Saturday morning. NOBODY came and we had to call 20 times on Saturday evening. They were moving us from one person to other!!! An electrician came at around 23 hours and i had to stay awake until he fixed it ! Complain is about the service that basically ignored us for soo long not the guy that came to fix ! The sound from outside is acceptable as it is not much traffic at night but the sound from the building are bad. You can hear from other rooms and when somebody is showering it's wake up time for the entire building.

Enjoyable stay and nice apartment

Pros: Good amount of space for a family for 3. Clean and well maintained.

Cons: Shower sprayed everywhere on the floor. Thermostat didn’t work.
