Pros: Spacious, Nicaea area, great location near historic centre and beach. Good supermarkets nearby

Cons: Some fixtures are quite tired. Garden furniture and some items in kitchen need some TLC

Bon lloc per pasar en grup uns dies a Sitges.

Pros: La casa i el pati gran es ideal per pasar una setmana a Sitges al costat del mar en familia. Els marrecs s'ho varen pasar molt bé podent correr pel pati. La casa te Aire Condicionat tant a la planta baixa com a la superior. La dutxa del pati i el bany que hi ha van molt bé per treure's la sorra de tornada de la platja abans d'entrar a la casa...

Cons: Com a negatiu diria que hi ha cosetes que estan un xic velles i que de tant en tant la llum saltava (però sempre ho varem poder solucionar tornant donar-li a l'interruptor del quadre). Un parell dels llits no son gaire comodes doncs les motlles dels matalassos es noten quan t'estires. Per millorar la comoditat varem utilitzar els coixins de les comodes del pati per que fessin gruix i aixì no es clavessin a l'esquena.
