Hotel Casa Gardenia

Comfortable, lovely staff, well woth the price!

Pros: The location is walkable from the main attractions of the city, very easy to find it, the staff was extremely helpful and nice. I even got a sweet personal letter with some chocolate as a welcome treat in the room. We were able to leave our bags while waiting for check in. The complementary tea and water dispenser is a very nice gesture. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast worth every penny!

Cons: The noise from the street was a bit too loud, but they have earplugs ready to use

Pros: Nice staff, delicious Egg Omlettes (Tortilla Franceska).

Cons: Too expensive for what you get. In kind of muslim street.

Pros: Renovate, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice building.

Cons: A bit tiny room, but it was ok, because we need it only for a sleep after long walking.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful and immediately moved us to another room because we had a problem with the hot water. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you!

Cons: It was quite noisy at night, but they had taken care of it and there were earplugs left in the room.

Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was good and hotel is really clean. Hotel is in a good location Actual street is not very affluent but we had no problems what so ever.

Cons: Not much not to like. Maybe put a small chair or stool in the bedroom. It's like the photos on the web site.

Perfectly functional & overall the hotel suited our needs for the one night.

Pros: Hotel & and room cleanliness was absolutely fine, room itself pretty small however perfectly functional for the one night that we stayed and the bathroom was really nice. Staff were friendly & helpful. No lift to the first floor reception, which for us wasn't a problem carrying our cases, but could be for less able. Close enough to walk to the cruise port (20mins).

Cons: The area of the hotel isn't great, myself and husband did walk to a bar close by when we arrived at 10pm however not sure I would as a single female, area is a bit edgy. A lot of noise especially shouting from the street during the night, however earplugs were provided (so noise clearly a problem) which certainly helped.

Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing, really helpful and friendly. There was even a hand written welcome note in my room with chocolate which I thought was a lovely gesture.

Cons: There were 2 Nespresso coffee pods in my room but no coffee machine which was confusing. My bad thought for not asking at reception.

Pros: Great hotel! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.
